We had experienced a house fire on 2/20/25 reaching out to Pro4Mance they sent their project manager mike out to access the damages. we had worked with Mike from day 1 of our restoration, his communication skills is excellent and he is great at organizing materials and man power. Along with everything mentioned mike is also very up front and honest a true man of his word. We would also like to give a big shout out to will and austin they are excellent craftsman and very reliable hard workers a true power house team. We also wanna thank Wayne for his hard work and support. And we thank Tammy and her team on the removal cleaning and returning of our contents. Our home caught fire Nov 2024 - every person on site that day recommended that we use Pro4mance to rebuild. Mike was on site that day, had a crew secure the home that night, he even stayed to dump the contents from the fridge and helped us dig through the ash to grab a few things as we left to go stay with a friend. From professionally cleaning our contents, to rebuilding our home, they have been great every step of the way. Mike N. and his team (Will, Steve, and Allen) listened and did a fantastic job rebuilding our home and addressing/resolving any issues or concerns that we may have had along the way. They did an amazing job, our "new" home is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend.

❤️ First i want to say, they have been the best company to work with! I had a leaking line under my kitchen sink that i really didn't dicover for 2 to 3 weeks, because it was dripping in the basement. Where i don't go. When i did find it a plumber from our local Cooleys came and fixed the leak as soon as they could. Then at my insurance agent suggestion I called Pro4mance. They came out that night, sucked up all the water, and set their equipment to start drying it out. We had to wait on insurance to see next step. These fellers, Dewayne, Wade, and Cameron, and Allen the boss, were fantastic at working to fix the floor and cabinet issues. Making sure there was no mold left behind, because i have major issues with that, already in this old house. They were always polite and courteous. Can not say enough on what a great job they did on my house. From start to finish they walked me through the process. They helped me with my insurance company to make sure all the storm damage was found and addressed properly. There work was timely and a better then you could ask for. Pro4mance Restoration in Sellersburg is hands down the best company I’ve ever worked with! My home was destroyed in the Ohio River flood this year and they completely transformed my basement—cleaned it out, renovated it beautifully, and even took care of getting me a brand-new roof. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Their customer service is absolutely top-notch; they are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about their customers. The pricing was very fair and better than I expected for the quality of work they delivered. The owner is incredible—honest, helpful, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. If you need restoration, renovations, or roofing, I 100% recommend Pro4mance. You won’t find better service anywhere!

Definitely do not recommend! My personal experience was back in April or so we had a big hail storm. I was put on a list for a quote. They called and let me know it would be 2 weeks before they would be out to quote. At the end of the 2 weeks they called and said the same thing. I told her they had already said that and was wondering if this would be the last 2 week waiting period. She didn’t know they had already called and told me we would be pushed towards the top and prioritized. They never came haha. It’s been like over 3 months. I kind of just figured eventually there will be another storm and I’ll get some other company to quote me. Forgot to rate them until I was talking to my mom about their house yesterday. To add : my parents went through them. They came out and looked, never gave a full estimate. My parent’s insurance company did quote upwards of 9k though in damage. This company never got back to them about the job and also wouldn’t release their siding color so they could easily use another company. Horrible customer service. Do not expect a response unless you need a very expensive job done. edit:because their last comment on their response. my parents and I own separate houses. they did not follow up with me at all about coming out for a evaluation and left me on the waitlist well for months. they did not handle my parents damages/siding problem well at all. two different houses and two different poor customer service instances.
