I live in a student apartment, and my apartment was leaking water from the roof and my apartment complex hired these people to come and dry out my carpets and clean them. It’s crazy how these people don’t understand how effective communication works especially if they know how important it is for, their clients and their customers to do and not to do things so they came and put some dryers into my room. My room is very small so it took up all the space there was not much walking room and mind you they put them in my room on Friday so it would’ve been there throughout the weekend plus Monday because it was a holiday they came Tuesday so the dryers have been in my apartment for four days and a gentleman knocks on my door doesn’t even wait 10 seconds for me to open it open my apartment door tells me he’s here to clean my carpet and immediately is rude Talking to me as if I’m a child asking why the drivers they put in my room were outside of my room and I explained to him why and he immediately is saying that shouldn’t have happened. You could’ve damaged the equipment and that’s not an issue. I understand that but nobody communicated that to me and if no one was in the apartment, you could’ve told the people that hired you in the first place to tell me that because effective communication goes along way, if you don’t let me know if you don’t let anybody know why would you expect anyone to know what you would have wanted he continued to go back and forth terrible Service and terrible employee another gentleman who actually cleaned my carpets told me what I should and should not do for my carpet to dry effectively and quickly and that’s how you communicate. Terrible job as well. No one should be walking around that rude and miserable

Eddie and his team are absolutely amazing! Very professional and quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. If you’re looking for any kind of floor cleaning, I highly recommend this company! They even were able to clean an area rug I thought I was going to have to get rid of. Don’t sleep on them!

Needless to say with little kids we get a lot of stains on our carpets. So far I have used Prestige Carpet Care four times over the years and each and everytime they impress leaving my carpet looking and smelling better than new. See you again soon!

A guy who works for this company was paid to clean my bedroom carpet. A short guy with a missing tooth. I express to him what rooms needed to cleaned and he handled the situation unprofessional. He completely ignored me and left to smoke a cigarette.Horrible customer service.

Very promp came within hrs and we live 2hrs from them (basically they came immediately). Excellent customer service. The job we even better than we expected. Prices were amazing!!! Would definitely refer.
