Alan was amazing and came out on a Sunday within an hour of my call to fix my leaky shower. He had to wait until Monday to get the necessary part as it was not a standard part, and he let me know he was able to get it in the morning and could come back to install it that day when it was convenient for me to meet him. He was prompt, professional, and fixed the problem in under 15 minutes. I could not have been happier with his level of service. Thank you Alan and Pure Pro! 5 stars for sure!!!

David did a great job installing my Moen shut off device. He was friendly, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond by cleaning up and making the install look very nice. Despite my PRV being in an odd location, he was able to make it work by removing some drywall and installing the device vertically.

Ryan Bush was excellent and worked with my difficult warranty company to get the job authorized and quickly. Patrick Barrett did the work and he did a great job! He was efficient and thorough. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great Plumbing Company! Josh knew what he was doing and was honest. The best we have ever dealt with. What a welcome change from previous plumbers. Scheduled the appointment quickly, showed up on time, fixed one issue very quickly with very little cost (after a previous company tried to charge our warranty company and also charge us additional charges for "uncovered modifications" for a total of about $1000!).
