After some quick online research, I called PuroClean of Akron when a water supply line broke in a lower-level bathroom flooding the bathroom and adjoining rooms. Bill promptly responded coming after hours to survey the situation. Early the next morning he removed the water and began the drying out process. Bill was efficient, neat, and thorough. I was pleased with the very professional and responsive service Bill provided. The cost seemed both fair and reasonable. Highly recommend!
I called PuroClean when a basement freezer full of food lost power. By the time we realized what had happened, it was past the point where I felt like I could clean it out myself (translation - truly, truly gross). Bill @PuroClean was great - he worked with my schedule and just made the whole process easy. He did an amazing job and was incredibly thorough. I would highly recommend PuroClean!

Excellent communication and customer service - we had a laundry room leak into our basement and PuroClean was one of the only water mitigation companies to answer when I called around. Bill was so responsive and had one of his technicians come out to us within the hour. Colin was very professional, very knowledgeable, explained the quote in detail, and answered all our questions. Bill communicated very well throughout the estimate process and we felt was very fair with us.
We had a failed water line on a newly installed filtration system at my parent's house. The house was being prepped for sale and we are all out of state. Bill at PuroClean and his team were able to get in the house to begin remediation in less than 12 hours from the flooding incident. This made a huge difference and prevented damage that would need repaired. We received excellent communication at all stages of the cleanup. PuroClean made a very stressful situation feel much more manageable with their speed and skill. I would highly recommend!
