Carlos Niemes is just incredible!!! He came from far the same day I called him! Our kitchen had major water damage due to a broken water pipe and there was black mold everywhere. Carlos arrived and was super courteous, calm, knowledgeable, and professional! Everything was clear regarding the work to be done, cost, and time frame. Every contractor that came in afterwards for the rebuild of our kitchen, said the same comment, "these guys who did the mold remediation did an amazing job! They know what they’re doing." Thank you Carlos and team! You were fabulous!

They were incredibly professional, always on time, and took the time to explain every step of the process so we knew exactly what was happening. Carlos was able to remediate the mold issue in my home within a few days of calling. The guys did a great job and the home was still neat and clean when they left. Great experience and he is on my list of go to contractors for this type of work. Also found the issue why this happened in the first place due to a leak in hvac. Price was reasonable. Fast service.
