Roy was extremely generous and kind in spending 30 minutes on the phone with me talking through how to make an aluminum wired home safe and going through the different options. He went above and beyond to provide resources and to try to support me through a difficult situation in which I found myself under contract for a home that was discovered to have aluminum wiring. I haven't yet hired Roy to do the work, but based on my experience so far, I feel confident he is trustworthy, caring, skilled, thorough and knowledgable.

Roy came out to my very old house, the electrical has been messed up for a while. The previous owner did some crazy wiring to a few parts of my house. Roy came in and took every outlet and switch and chased down every wire, replaced outlets with the correct outlet and re-wired in the correct order. Now my house works perfectly. I would definitely use Roy again!
