I am so very grateful for the young man,Matt that arrived at my home, so polite , knowledgeable, thorough and patient, I had been waiting more than 2yrs for my central air, Matt was left with an awful mess from 2 previous diagnostics, God bless him,he was so busy and promised to arrive the following morning of the 4th of July, he showed up long before he was due,Amazing this guy!! Well considering I was originally promised by the other company that you took the job for, was some duct work upgrade to my double wide modular home. Then you show up, and look at the situation after I explained that no cool air was going to the middle of the house to rear with my central A/C unit. Only to give me the biggest let down! I had an issue with my heated floor in my bathroom. Radiant Mechanical came out the day after calling them, figured out the issue, gave me options for a new thermostat and within a week or so my floor was fixed!! The radiant heat in one of my rentals started leaking in the garage. David came out and gave me several options for repair/replacement. Ultimately we ended up purchasing a heating unit that was practical and very economical versus the other solutions that were quoted by other companies. David was responsive, communicated to me when the unit was late coming in. The install was less than a day. I would hire him again.
