We used Alan from rain king waterproofing and masonry to replace our home roof. Alan and his crew were very professional, efficient and completely satisfied with the job. Communicated with us on all the issues with my roof. Took photos in real time to show me the job. Replaced my large home roof in 1 day amazing. Clean up was very thorough. Alan and his Rainking crew were so professional. He showed me pictures of damage to my roof that was causing a leak in my kitchen ceiling. He clearly explained what needed to be done and after his crew started the work, it turned out to be more damage than we realized but Alan had them fix it all with out extra charges. We are so please with the work, that Alan guaranteed. All very reasonably priced. Will definitely call Rainking for future work. Thank you Alan.

Recently had work done by Rain King on our roof. Alan's team was doing some work a couple of houses away and saw our chimneys on our roof were unstable. Came over and advised us. We had him go up on the roof and he took pictures to show us and I went up as well to take a look. Didn't realize the bad condition they were in. Alan gave us very fair pricing and had our chimneys fixed the same day, amazing. Honest, fair and efficient. I highly recommend. 10 stars!

Rain king were extremely professional from start to finish. I reached out to the company via email to the website & alan answered directly and was at my house to give me an estimate the same day. I was kept in the loop of the process from start to finish with photo updates through out the day. They were ready organized and clean with a prominent of this size & they had everything done within 2 days. Alan was wonderful to work wit. I wish I had more houses for him to work on.

We signed a contract with Alan for $500 to have our front stairs repaired. After they started gutting out the steps Alan says it'll cost you $6,000. After disagreements & disputes, settled for & 1,500. They were supposed to clean up all residue. As soon as our neighbor came out, they packed up & left cause they messed up their roof. Point is Alan is deceiving and will try to take advantage. This took place 06/11/2024 in Staten Island, NY. I will add the Steps look good and seems like well done. Alan just needs to be up front with prices.
