We had major mold problems in our bedroom. After deciding between a handful of teams, we ultimately decided to go with Rainbow. The work was done efficiently and professionally, but we have been most impressed with Rendolph Walker’s (project manager) very active communication, and how accommodating him and the team have been throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

They responded promptly to all my requests, and the work they did rehabbing our Upper Eastside apartment was top-notch; the most hassle-free and the best construction/rehab work we’ve had done in all the many years we’ve owned the apartment. I never write reviews, but I feel genuinely compelled to in this case. After significant water damage to my apartment in Brooklyn, I worked with Rainbow Restoration and Rendolph to completely replace my wood floors, including baseboards and drywall. Rendolph’s professionalism, calm demeanor, and deep expertise—especially his knowledge of the insurance process—made navigating the situation with my provider seamless. He not only coordinated everything efficiently, but also gave me much-needed perspective throughout. I had initially started mitigation with one of the biggest name-brand vendors, and I deeply regret not calling Rainbow from the start. The difference in care, communication, and follow-through was profound. I’ve already recommended Rainbow to others and will continue to do so without hesitation. David and his team were fantastic. I called Friday afternoon for sewage cleanup in my basement; David immediately answered the phone, got me a quote within minutes, and had his team there first thing the next day, exactly on time (on a Saturday!). David and his team then went above and beyond during the cleanup as well, and cleaned up all the debris in our basement. It has never looked better. Could not have asked for better, more responsive service, and will definitely be using Yellow Restoration again.

I had water damage on all floors of my home, I hired Rainbow Restoration of North Brooklyn through my home Insurance All State. David, the boss was very nice and professional. Yaniv, the day to day contact was very reliable and efficient, if there was an issue he addressed it in a timely manner. I can certainly say David has an excellent team, they’re great workers. They did the mitigation and repair and now my home is beautiful and brand new again. They also did a very clean job and took all debris. I highly recomend Rainbow Restoration of North Brooklyn.
