Called about 10am on a Monday with a washing machine issue. Mr Craig was at my house by about 1p. Diagnosed the issue. Ordered the part. And by 11am Friday, we are 100% up and running. Very friendly. Very personable.

I recently purchased a washer and dryer and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Despite a potential delay due to their delivery truck being in the shop on Wednesday, they still managed to deliver and install my new appliances by Thursday of the same week. Really nice couple who take pride in their business.

Terribly unprofessional. Called early morning for service on refrigerator, was told he’d be out that day to look at it. Was going to call after his first appointment when he had his schedule in front of him. Never called day 1. Day 2 no call until mid-afternoon. When he did call, he was extremely rude, did not apologize for not calling/showing up the previous or current day. Asked if we still wanted him to come out to look at it. When we said no (due to the above), he hung up on us. Would never do business with them again.
