Reactic SF handled mold removal in my condo, and they were incredible! Their team walked me through the report, showed me where the moisture was coming from, and even talked with my building manager to coordinate access. The crew was respectful, quiet, and super detail-oriented, they even wiped down the stair rails on the way out. You don’t often find service this thorough in the city. I definitely recommend

Reactic did water remediation when we had some water damage in our home. Daniel was the project manager and he was great. He helped us through the whole process. The whole team was great and did a thorough job.

We were in a real spot when a kitchen pipe burst, flooding our downstairs apartment where my elderly mom was living at the time. The water damage was extensive, requiring replacement of an entire wall and much of the wood flooring. Reactic showed up fast, did thorough remediation of mold and other damage, and had the unit restored as good as new, on time and on budget as promised. Had some smoke damage in the garage and thought the smell and yellow tint would be stuck to the walls forever but am pleasantly surprised everything is back to brand new!
