So I had to call a plumber today and that's not an easy thing to do because we all know it can be a pain in the pipe. I was referred John from Ready Fast Plumbing through my best friend and now I know why. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite and extremely helpful in such a time of need. ESPECIALLY right before the holiday. With soooo many options out there, please dont take it from me but see for yourself as to why I will be using his service for any future plumbing needs.

John and Emerson came to fix a food disposal unit for our kitchen sink. I had troubleshot with no avail and thought we had to get a replacement (the unit was 8 years old). John helped troubleshoot and fix our unit and explain the issue was due to a rust build up. He knocked away the rust and soaped up the unit to clean it out and it works without needing a replacement. I appreciated their fast service and expertise and will use them later when we need a full replacement.

Nothing but positive words for ReadyFast. I had a main stoppage last night. Found ReadyFast on Google and sent a message. Got a call first thing this morning from them. They re-arranged their schedule to come take care of us on their way to a big job elsewhere. John and Emerson were super friendly, courteous and professional. You can tell they enjoy their work and take pride in taking care of their customers. The price was absolutely fair. And we were having such a nice conversation when they left that I forgot to tip them! I don't always tip but these guys earned it. Called readyfast regarding gas valve leak and spoke with John who referred a plumber friend since he was busy at the time. John immediately provided info and followed up with a text. John was very concerned and I scheduled service the following morning since he was the only plumber I spoke with who wanted make sure matter was resolved ASAP. John came out the next morning and took care of the problem. Professionalism and workmanship is exceptional. Definitely the go to plumber in the area. Highly recommend John and Team!
