Reliable Roofing, Construction and Repair Service, Inc.

As a property manager for a large multi-family company that ranked in the top ("100 best places to work at"), I only call Reliable Roofing for any roofing needs. I used to rely on a different company (***** Roofing) mainly, but after multiple failed attempts fixing simple boot repairs, I switched to Reliable Roofing and have since quit using the other 2 roofing vendors because Reliable Roofing is actually very, very reliable. Their name is not some type of marketing ploy. Was I am usually able to get repairs scheduled within 24 to 48 hours, and they will send someone out almost immediately for an emergency situation. Nothing compares to Reliable Roofing's professionalism, timely nature, and customer service. I wish I had some before and after photos to post, but I don't have any on my personal phone to show repairs they have done on my properties. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Reliable? Really? The only thing reliable with this joke of a company is their unreliability. Don't waste your time

I think the "Reliable" part of the business name is meant to be ironic. If I wanted to be charitable, perhaps the work would have maintained a higher standard had the job been smaller; they started strong. But over time it was taking longer to complete the work as the crew moved on to another structure or level, and the cleanup became noticeably less thorough and conscientious. Initially, parking areas were swept clean of debris each day, but then roofing nails began appearing by the handfuls in both parking and driving areas. (I'm still finding them.) The crew appeared to be less organized over time, too, less focused--starting on new areas before finishing others, removing shingles without paying attention to the forecast and then scrambling to cover the exposed wood when rain moved in. My impression was the work began with the A Team but ended with the C Team. No one wants that, we all want consistency. I cannot recommend this business after my experience.

The worst contracting company in Nashville! Jarid, the owner, promised to finish the project between 6-8 weeks. Three month later he's maybe a quarter of the way into the project and just quits saying he and his team don't have the experience to rebuild a staircase... he originally said would be no problem. This set us back 8 months on our project! He made up supply chain excuses the entire time (which was a lie), quoted one price then charged another and his team showed up maybe 3 or 4 days a week and were on the job from 10am- 4pm, said they had an hour commute each way, which we had to pay for..... DO NOT USE THEM! THEY OVER PROMISE AND SIMPLY DON'T EVEN COME CLOSE TO DELIVERING.

I had a great experience with this company. They picked up and made right what another left me trying to resolve for over a month. A family friend reffered me and I was able to call them that morning and explain my stituation. They had someone by that day and the best part was my repair was completed the next day. As a single female homeowner I found this company quite refreshing and honest. They are truly in business to make customers for life not just a one time deal.

I hired them to fix my floor. Fair price for all the work they did. Very nice. Very satisfied yet they do not put carpet back.I just saw them take my floor to the dirt, rebuilt it, and level my foundation... but carpet is too much! Great when you need 95% of a job done.

Nothing was ever done when scheduled. Never got calls back. Finally did work after I left for vacation. No calls, no notifications. Came home to leaking skylight, damaged gutter, trampled plants, and trash all over yard. This was done last summer but I am still finding nails and roofing debris in my yard every time I work in my flower beds or around my house. Very disappointed.
