Reliant Plumbing

Reliant Plumbing is great! I was having a strong o noises in my shower and called Reliant to see if the company could help. I was not on their schedule, but they offered to send a repair person to look at it. The scheduler put me on the schedule for later. Within 15 minutes she called back and told me she had a repair person close by that she would send over right away! He arrived within 10 minutes to 15 minutes and took a look at my problem. As it turned out, it looked like there was not an obvious problem with my plumbing, but perhaps a problem with something that had gotten into the pipes. He explained several options for looking for the problem in the pipes. Since the Solution was not obvious, I decided to wait another day to see if the problem was still happening or had gone away. My guy was very understanding and said just to let them know if I needed them to come back. There was no charge for his time or information but suggested a program which is affordable for discounts if I had future plumbing needs!

Ryan and Nick were great and paying attention to detail and providing quality service. They knew I had family commitments and ensured the work was completed on time. I am very grateful that they are part of the Reliant Plumbing team.

Great experience with our technician. He was on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and quoted me a fair price! Will use Reliant again and recommend their business to family and friends.

This company took the deposit money, had a hole dugout, came out twice, then rescheduled a couple of times without ever showing up or calling. When I asked for the money back, I was told I had to wait for a call also the refund will take 3-4 weeks. That is unacceptable and reflects very poor customer service.

Mack with Reliant Plumbing was fantastic! He showed up right on time, was friendly, and got straight to work. He quickly identified the issue and took the time to explain not only what the problem was, but also why it happened and how it would be fixed. I really appreciated how professional and knowledgeable he was throughout the whole process. Mack was awesome, and I’d highly recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs!

Tyler installed two tubs for me and did a great job! He needed to move the drain line and do some digging, and everything is leveled properly and working great! I'm going to need two toilets installed soon and I'm definitely calling him again!
