Their work was meticulous, and our home was back to normal in no time. Insurance Claim Mastery: Dealing with insurance claims can be daunting, but Mario made it seamless. This job was extremely involved requiring jack hammering the slab, moving the sewer line, moving electrical, building an island, running electrical, laying floor, paint dry wall. This was a huge project. Once the cabinets arrived this job took maybe 3 weeks. Truly incredible performance with no reduction in quality. In summary, Restorm and Mario are a winning combination. If you need water mitigation or any home improvement work, look no further. Trust me—you won’t be disappointed!

They were excellent! Quickly got out to our place the same day the plumber found our water intrusion issue. Ian and Nick did a great job communicating with us and keeping us updated on the timeline. Leo and his crew were great! Efficient but still taking care of the small details. We are very pleased and would recommend them to anyone needed water mitigation!

I would very much like to share my extremely satisfying experience with ReStorm and ReStorm’s two employees, Ian and Nik. Ian came to my home due to a mold infestation. Ian was very kind and forgiving when I arrived late as I had been at a relatives due to the mold issue. He went right to work inspecting the affected area in a very professional manner. Within a couple of days his very busy schedule opened up some availability to treat, clean, and disinfect the areas affected areas by this most insidious problem that I was experiencing. When he returned the day following his initial inspection there was a second ReStorm employee accompanying him by the name of Nik. Nik assisted Ian in cleaning and treating the affected areas. Impressively, they brought an industrial powered air purifier to eliminate any potential mold spores remaining in my home. Within days of Ian’s initial inspection I was able to return home. I’ve had need to employ two restoration/remediation crews twice before due to flooding in two different homes. ReStorm, along with its two employees who came out to service me, were by far the most prepared and knowledgeable of the three restoration/remediation companies that I’ve now experienced. I would very highly recommend ReStorm to anyone experiencing flood or other problematic situation requiring the assistance of a restoration/remediation company. I can’t say enough about how professional and knowledgeable ReSorm and ReStorm’s employees, Ian and Nik are. If you’ve need of a restoration/remediation company, by all means, contact ReStorm! I am convinced that they will effectively handle any situation that comes their way. Jamie and Ian did an amazing job today cleaning up some black mold in my ceiling from a leak. They were professional, friendly, and very thorough. I did not have much mold that needed to be taken care of, but they made sure to clean the entire area well regardless. Because there was so little mold, they did not even charge me. It amazed me that they took such time and effort to help despite not making any money from my call. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for remediation.
