Brett’s team was able to turn the entire first floor of our house into something straight out of a magazine—and they did it all in FOUR DAYS. Everyone that worked on the project was incredibly kind, highly skilled, and it’s obvious from looking at their work that they put their heart and soul into everything they do. I was very impressed with that work that was completed by Richard’s Painting New Orleans at my home. Bret and Big Mike went about their work very professional and detailed. Throughout their work process they kept safety a priority. There was never a mess or tools that were left hanging around which was very important due to the project being in the interior of the house. This was my first time having to have work done on my home and Bret made the journey very simple and understanding. Bret made the process understandable throughout from beginning to completion. The work was worth every penny. I will be using the Richard’s in the future for additional work and will recommend them to my friends, family and coworkers. Thanking you dearly Bret and Big Mike.

This company and its owners are a scam. They do well below sub-standard work then over charge you. They did what was maybe 3k in work and tried to charge me $8100. We kicked them out of our home because of the workmanship and constant delays. Used non moisture resistant Sheetrock on two bathroom ceilings even though we discussed using the appropriate form at the beginning. Shimmed doors to work by using pieces of cardboard (one of the owners did that right in front of me). Miscut (more likely didn’t know how to do it) flooring around doors so they pieced in little pieces. They used our cleaning supplies and filled our garbage can w debris twice and was unable to put our own trash in for two weeks. Wouldn’t show up when they said they would constantly. Owners bark orders at employees who walk around frightened of them. They put a sign in my yard for marketing with out permission. STAY AWAY. FAR AWAY.

I’ve been dealing with contractors for 20 years and I’ve never had an experience like this. I was given a price to start work and after 2 days, the price almost doubled. I was told that they didn’t know how much it would be making me think they were honoring the original quote. I had to constantly check progress to meet deadline. They did meet it, but I ended up with a damaged fan & AC intake screen, along with a missing key. It was a rush job that seems overpriced. I was told I wouldn’t be happy unless they painted the whole room and was asked if I wanted wallpaper to match existing, which I said yes, but neither of this happened. On top of that they used my own paint for the walls. I felt mislead. I was given false promises and inflated pricing in the end. I tried to resolve through BBB, but I was threatened with attorney and collections for a job that I was given an invoice for 2-1/2 weeks prior and was disputing.

We engaged Brett, Olga, and their crew to paint the interior of our house with a tight deadline as we were moving in soon. They were incredibly professional, communicative, and friendly during the entire experience, and were extremely flexible with changes in project scope on shorter notice.
