Ritchie was great to work with to get our double basin sink taken out and replaced with a big single sink that was a little deeper. They asked all the right questions, didn’t waste our time or theirs, gave us a reasonable quote, and completed the work quickly and properly. We appreciated the professionalism and job well done.

They did an excellent job installing the stacked carbon filter and softener. Lance did the original estimate then two gentlemen came out to set it up. They were professional, courteous, friendly, quick, knowledgeable, and didn’t leave a big mess. They were also able to squeeze the unit into a small space. I would use them again if I had another house.

I'm a big fan of people who are supposed to be professional actually act like professionals--The folks at Ritchie Plumbing were great. I called and they answered the phone. They came by for my initial consult when they said they would. They showed up for the install when they said they would. They charged me what they said they would. They left my garage as clean as it was before they arrived. The water softener and filter they installed work as advertised. They even labeled all of the piping so I know what goes where in case there is ever an issue. I am very pleased with the entire process from start to finish and I absolutely recommend them. Ritchie Plumbing is amazing!! Lance, the owner is extremely professional, courteous and really knows his stuff---he has been in this business for a very long time. Had a recirculating pump put in so that I didn't waste water waiting for my Primary shower to heat up (usually 5 minutes)--now its immediate and life changer!! The service, workmanship is just awesome!! I would say most of our community uses him because of these qualities in this company!! Highly recommend!!
