Robert Wilson and team were spectacular in everything from diagnosis, to communicating with our home warranty company, to installing our new AC / heating package unit. Ken Whitt was our tech, and he was communicative, responsive, and super informed. We ended up being able to install a brand new top-of-the-line unit for an incredible price, largely due to Ken’s attention to detail. Cannot recommend these folks highly enough!

I have had my furnace and my air conditioner serviced many times over the last decade. I have never had as thorough service as I did with Robert Wilson heating and air conditioning. The technician was on time to the minute very efficient and very effective. Got the job done, cleaned up behind himself and explained anything unusual that he saw. He cleaned a couple filters that hadn’t been touched since I owned the house. Very impressed and I will continue using them.

Our tankless water heater gave out on us and Robert had a tech out within the hour. (On a Sunday!) We unfortunately needed a new one as it was pretty old. He went above and beyond to give us the best price possible and scheduled the install for the very next day. Doug came out and had everything replaced in three hours! He made sure to educate us on our new system and even showed us how to perform a yearly flush. Robert and crew made it an easy and great experience from start to finish and I recommend them to anyone looking for quality service from a company that truly cares about their customers.

When my heating stopped working last month, my home warranty assigned me this company to help fix it. This company has really good reviews, so I felt good about it. However, my experience with them was that they didn't really care. The first visit was actually good. One of their technicians, Ken, came to assess the situation with the furnace. He took his time and determined that the squirrel cage would probably need to be replaced. He said he would request approval from the home warranty company, Fidelity, for authorization to repair it. Cool. A few days later, they reached out to make another appointment with me. This was March 21st. That time, Robert himself came. He probably spent about 10 minutes at my house and basically told me the same thing-- that the squirrel cage needed to be replaced. Then he said that they still hadn't gotten any approval to work on it and that I should be hearing back from them within about 4-5 days to make an appointment for replacement. He also assured me that in the meantime, I was completely fine to run my heater and that it would not break. Well, I didn't hear from them at all for almost 2 weeks, and by that time my heater completely stopped working. I decided to call and see what was happening. The guy on the phone gave me the same excuse: still waiting on approval from Fidelity. I understand that their company cannot control how quickly Fidelity grants approval, but they did not bother to call or check in and let me know about the status of things at all in that time period, leaving me hanging. The guy on the phone told me that he would speak with Robert and call me back. Never heard back... at this point, I was pretty frustrated, and so was my husband. My husband decided to call them himself the next day, and that's when they actually decided to call Fidelity and do something. It was especially frustrating that it took my husband basically yelling at them for them to do anything. They also quoted my husband $2500 to replace my squirrel cage... that amount could probably replace my furnace altogether. I decided to just cancel with them and go with a company who actually cares. The lack of communication/care on their end was pretty disappointing. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because of Ken.

I regretfully gave them a 5 star review on another site. I am a working student and during a very stressful semester I hired them to change my faucet. My space was a really small fit and I warned them of the challenge but they accepted and came out quickly. The problem is I assumed the job was done correctly and being very busy in school I missed that I now have at least two leaks under the sink. One coming from the cold water connection at the faucet and the second coming from the connection of the garbage disposal. I called Robert and informed him of the issue. I was told they did not guarantee their work for that job and since it had been almost 2 months they would charge me to come out. I am disappointed that a company wouldn't come out and check to see if they didn't just tighten it good since they were working in a small space. If they discovered I needed new waterlines then, they would have gotten the job, but instead I am told that their work isn't guaranteed if it is their fault that I should have called them sooner. I mean, I don't go around looking under my sinks just to check leaks. I assumed the job was done correctly and I was busy with a stressful semester at school. I highly recommend if you use this company to find out what their warranty covers and for how long and then that you stay vigilant in checking that they did the job right.
