Roof Rangers

The team leaded by Luis and Many is great. Terrific job. Tyler the PM communicate with me all through the process. Please be sure to have this 5 min prior the work starts to be sure all material and action items are covered. Those 5 min can save a lot of headaches and miscommunication that can make the installation a problem. Overall great job.

If you have a basic project then Roof Rangers should be fine. If you have to replace skylights, have to coordinate painting, need to replace gutters, or have a difficult schedule, then I can not recommend Roof Rangers. The good: - The employees are all very nice people. - The pre-sales and sales process was easy and pleasant - Trey (the owner) was accommodating with small requests like disposing of a few items in their dumpster (he didn't have to do that). General Issues: - The Spanish speaking crew arrived at 6:50 AM instead of 8 AM - I received a text message about the crew's pending arrival 15 minutes after they arrived 70 minutes early. - The project manager did not introduce himself (you may have to search out your project manager. - The project manager may be assigned to multiple projects in a single day - The project manager was not aware of the agreement to replace my chimney cap - No pictures of the progress were provided until I asked for them - Gutters/scheduling: I reminded Roof Rangers many times that I had to have my painters remove my gutters and do touch-ups before I could have Roof Rangers replace my gutters (the sub-contract this out, which is fine). Despite this, Roof Rangers sent the crew to my home when I was out of town before I had the painting done. Roof Rangers did not call to schedule this with me. I only discovered the problem because of a Ring doorbell. I had to tell the gutter crew to leave. Skylight issues: - The screens were lost in my yard until the project manager and I searched for them. - I spent a lot of time during the day searching for remote controls. Some were left in the yard. One was lost until the end of the day when it was finally located on the roof. - The skylight screens were not installed. This resulted in major difficulty in scheduling someone to come out to install them. It is not easy to reach skylights inside of my home without a very tall ladder. This took more than a month to resolve. - The skylight frames were scuffed. - One skylight was installed very crooked. I was able to alert the crew and have this fixed before it was too late. - No effort was made to project the interior of my home when the old skylights were removed - A chunk of drywall, approximately 12 by 8 inches, was ripped off the wall during skylight removal. Trey, the owner was adamant that this is completely expected and normal (be prepared for significant drywall repairs!). - It took more than a month to get the screens installed. Despite indicating otherwise, a non-English speaker was sent to do this. - Their trailer was left parked in front of fire hydrant for an entire weekend. - The dumpster was left in my driveway for an entire weekend. I didn't really care, but others might.

The best experience that I had with them was the open communication between us, I could’ve called or text anytime and they would always answer. Awesome Staff and they did an amazing job. I would totally recommend this company to anybody. Amazing people and amazing work. My house and garage came out better than I could have expected and best price in the market!

Brian & Roof Rangers did a very thorough and professional job. He was very kind and he advised me as to whatever repairs I might need to have done with the correct people to call at a very appreciate his professionalism and and kindness. I will call Roof Rangers & Brian again. I appreciate his work.

I had a flat roof that was leaking. Roof Rangers came over and gave me a good price so I decided to go with them. Luis’s guys did a great job coding. I haven’t had a leak since really recommend roof rangers. Thank you so much for your guys hard work.

We reached for a few Metal Roof bids .The presentation by Brian Exertior advisor for Roof Rangers was professional & through. The lake house needed a long-term fix being on the water. We pleased we chose Trey & Allie & RR Team in our New Metal Roof. We would recommend Roof Rangers To our Friends & Family.

Excellent job. Jose and his crew were excellent. We have a very weird roof and it was in terrible shape. We also needed skylights taken out and a stovepipe removed. Just a complicated job. Roof Rangers were awesome and Jose and his additional 3 man crew were great. No complaints.
