BLUF: This company worked to ensure we had a roof ready for solar panels, delivered a superior product, and then, after I brought up concerns, a foreman walked me through and reinforced confidence in the quality of our new roof. He then fixed incorrect work left from a skylight company ON THE SPOT and free of charge. This company more than earned my business and I hope this review earns them yours. Roofing Consultants Of AZ was recommended to me by the company installing our solar panels. My wife and I were concerned not knowing much about roofs or roofing and not wanting to be taken advantage of. How wrong we were. The schedulers worked with us to make sure our roof was complete and panel ready well ahead of the required date. The crew took a day and a half where 90% of the work was done on the first day and the second can only be characterized as a commitment to attention to detail. Additionally, they were careful with our tiles and thorough in their clean up. A month later we had skylights installed where the contractor was concerned we only got one layer of underlayment where the roofing contract called for two in most cases. I emailed the company and they responded within the day to schedule a visit by a foreman to reinspect the roof. He removed tiles on several spots and measured and confirmed, showing me the quality work they did. Not only did he address my concerns, He PERSONALLY, AND ON THE SPOT, fixed loose tile left by the skylight contractor and ensured it would be safe from high winds. We are very happy with the work they did and would recommend them to family, friends, and anyone looking for a high quality roof.

These guys are the only ones I trust my roofs with. Jonathan, Janelle, and everyone I have worked with has been responsive, diligent, and caring. The most important aspect of a house is it's ability to withstand the elements. The roofing industry is plagued by storm chasers and fly by night operations who do not worry about the longevity of your roof and most likely wont be around when it starts leaking. RCoA cares about their work and will be there to back up the warranty. They have integrity and are not motivated by the bottom line. Your roof is you first and last defense from mother nature, do not leave it in the hands with the lowest bidder.

As I couldn't remember if we had posted a review when we used Roofing Consultants back in February/March of 2017 during a very difficult time for our family, and today had had need to contact then regarding the work performed in order to provide to our insurance company (I know, a little late in the game), in order to update our insurance policy. I found Janelle to be extremely helpful and friendly. When we initially contacted with Roofing Consultants, they showed up as scheduled to view our roof and quickly provided an estimate. The crew that performed the re-roofing of our home worked diligently and left an extremely clean site when completed. I even had positive comments in this regards from some of our neighbors. We were not provided with any "surprises" when the work was complete. The final invoice was as was quoted, which is refreshing compared to what I have witnessed in the construction trades. To me, this confirms they know what their doing at the onset. Great management, great employees performing the labor. I can't say more. I spoke with Dan, he had my install set up within a week of when I decided on his quote. Entire job Done in one day, had one fix which they gladly came and took care of at NO CHARGE. I had 5 quotes done on my roof and their quality and price made me write a 5 star review overall Not cheapest or highest, but what I got was well worth it. I will consider using them again in the future

No one wants to udder the words "we need to get a new roof". We have been limping along our roof for a couple years and a replacement was way overdue. I called around to 3 different roofing companies to get estimates and they were all within $500 of each other. When I called arounaround again to see their availability two were more than two weeks out and since we were in the middle of monsoon season I really wanted to get it taken care of sooner. Roofing Consultants of Arizona could rip off and replace my roof one week later. The customer service, foreman and workers all could not have been nicer. No "oops" moments with them.
