Roofing Services Company replaced the roof on my home, on June 6, 2025. It was an exceptional experience. I spent over a decade in the construction industry, as a design engineer and project manager, working with contractors from many different trades, so, my standards are high. His communication was clear, consistent, and proactive. He anticipated my needs before I had to ask and handled every aspect of the project with precision and care. The crew was on time and their craftsmanship is top tier. They did the work quickly and efficiently, with no corner cutting. They took care of the permitting and inspections, without any delay. They left our property in the same condition in which they found it, which is something often overlooked. Rob is upfront and straight forward. I asked him for a second opinion on my roof, and he agreed it did not need to be replaced. He did offer a tune up so to say where his crew repaired and replaced the few issues the roof actually had. They even removed an old satellite dish that was no longer needed. I will continue to have Roofing Service Company to take care of my new home.

Recently had new gutters installed after a roof inspection from Lane and his team at Roofing Service Company and I was very pleased with the communication, documentation and ethics around all aspects of our transaction. Lane was quick to respond and we received a very thorough gallery of photos indicating our roof DID NOT need to be replaced at this time. Separately, I had Lane and his team install new gutters and that process was efficient, professional and affordable.
