Thank you to Mike at All Star who helped us manage the whole damage/insurance/new roof process. We appreciated the extra work to make sure the process and paperwork was handled correctly. The roofers were on time and efficient and cleaned up really well afterward.

They did 4 roofs for us in 2019 and 3 of the 4 have had issues since day 1. They wont even come look at one house for warranty because they claim since they looked at another one and claim its the manufacturer defect and not craftsmanship they wont even come look at this one. The edge of the roofs keep blowing up and now this house the shingles are curling at the edge from stater strip coming up because it was nailed down to hard and nails popped thru it. These roofs are less then 5 years old and shouldnt be doing this!!! And they dont want to communicate thru text anymore only in person meeting. Im guessing so there isnt proof of what is said.

This company is so pleasant to work with! I highly recommend them for any and all services they provide! We had roof, gutters and fascia replaced and Tanner Satterfield, our salesman, made the whole process seamless! He handled everything perfectly from day one, through the installation process and to finalizing everything with our insurance company!! The crew was on time, completed the work in a timely manner and was extremely professional! We will definitely use them again!

I recently used All Star for a new roof replacement. The service was excellent. The salesman was curious, honest and very knowledgeable. The crews worked hard and cleaned up everything. My roof looks fantastic, especially with the high profile ridge they installed instead of a flat ridge. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof!
