Our beautiful breezeway barn had 2 heavy sliding doors that would not slide open. Keith, Lupe and their team reviewed the barn design and how the doors were engineered to slide. The crew on site pulled together the tools needed and with lots of hard work they repaired our barn doors so we can slide open both doors wide. We are happy with the quoting process, the reasonable price, the speed of repair, the quality of work, their prompt and on time work ethic and the commitment to quality with a full year guarantee.

Next Door Roofing was the first to respond to my inquiry on Angi’s List, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. • They arrived over an hour late to our scheduled appointment without any notice. • Once they showed up, they refused to provide an estimate—something every other contractor had no problem doing. • I followed up by phone to get a ballpark figure, only to learn they were over $2,000 more than competitors for the exact same scope of work. • Despite asking three separate times to be removed from their list, they’ve continued calling me for a month. At this point, it feels more like harassment. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of time. When making a major home investment, I expect professionalism and transparency, this experience offered neither.

Things started off really nice with Next Door Roofing. The sales team did their part. They presented the options, covered what would be done, and gave a fair price. It was everything after that left me left and satisfied. I was told this would originally take 1, but no more than 2 days to complete. There was horrible communication throughout, I sat around for 2 days when they said they would be there costing me hours that I can't get back. Nothing was even done until I had to call repeatedly just to get someone to explain what happened which still was not satisfactory. Even after they did finally complete the job they left some trash. They did offer a partial credit but that does not make up for the amount of time or frustration they gave me. I would be very cautious of using this company and had I known what I was getting into, I would have chose another company.

How can I leave ZERO STARS!?! Requested an estimate. I informed them several times that I was in charge of the issue, wife had nothing to do with it, I was writing the check. After numerous calls with their office where they fumbled my address, my appointment time, my name, etc. They finally get the time correct. Or so I thought. Estimator shows up late, walks to door and informed me that since my wife wasn't there, he would not provide an estimate. Period. Then got back in his car and left. Total time on site less than 90 seconds. How this place is still in business I have no clue.

Company lacks internal communication. They’re pushy with getting their sale. Initial inspection took 4 hours, then had a marketing rep. come out to try and give us a lower price to advertise them with job but had no information on our situation. Wasted so much time dealing with them. We continue to get calls after letting them know twice now that we are no longer interested. They’re connected to Sierra Roofing Co. and even had that company contact us to try and give us a different quote. Will block any future calls we get from now on.

I posted a simple project on Angi which I have already selected a contractor for. Next Door calls me 2-3 times a day asking about my project and every time they call I tell them the same thing, I've already picked someone and I'm not interested in doing anything else. The last rep to call me hung up on me in the middle of me explaining that I don't want to be contacted again. I wouldn't hire this company to change a sprinkle. They're rude and unprofessional.
