Rain Proof Roofing

Quarter of a million dollar project with condominium complex. Inconsistencies from start to finish with improper communication and follow-through. Having chosen this company due to history and competitive bid provided, the utter lack of professionalism on the owner's part was tedious and exhausting. It could have been better and should have been better if only by paying attention to uniformity with the buildings regardless of the (owner's) excuse concerning the number of workers at the time. This should not become the customer's potential problem. However, it has become as such and as a result, we must settle with the job as is, and can only hope that the job next up with the chimneys is processed more smoothly. Thank you.

Shingles were not put on properly years ago, near the edge of the front of the house... The home builder confirmed this company put the shingles on. I called them. Explained a large crack was left between the shingles and the gutter causing severe water damage & rot over the years and became noticeable just recently. It was only near the center of the roof edge that the shingles did not over hang so the rain water would drain directly into the gutter. Instead, the water drained into the 2x6 holding up the facia. The facia recently started falling off, with dry rot . Clearly, it was shingles installed improperly at the center location. Out of principle , I asked this company to come over and look at it to see if they believe the shingles were put on correctly. They argued my reasoning, disagreed and the person said: "You're barking up the wrong tree, have a nice day" and then a dial tone. I'll call another roofing company for any future roofing needs.

I had a roof leak emergency at my strip mall and I was told nobody could even look at it until next year. Very poor customer service. I would’ve been willing to pay overtime for evening or weekend service but I never even had the opportunity. Next time when I need a new roof put on I will not call them for a bid.

Thank you for coming to quickly to repair my roof after the windstorm and put up temporary patches until I can get my roof replaced. The guys were so nice and really fast. THANK YOU!

I bought a house and had some roof damage that the inspector missed. They are the top company on Google. Regardless, I reached out to Adam with rain proof roofing. Adam came out and worked with me and my wife on a solution to fix my house. He went far above and beyond to help us. I reached out to multiple companies throughout this time. And they would not help or have the knowledge to fix the issues I had.. Adam came out with his expertise and his crew to fix the issues with my house. I don’t recommend lightly, but they got the job done and did it perfectly. I work for a big company and I recommend them to all of the people that come in and ask. It’s hard to find a good company that you can trust and know that they will get the job done these days. 5 star recommend them for any of the needs that may come up. Thank you Adam.

Told me they were coming out to assess our roof in April/May. April and May came and went, so I reached out and was told I would get a call back from the person responsible for scheduling. Did this three times. Still no call back. Still no one showing up. If they're too busy to accommodate more customers, they should simply state that.

Updated: They have reached out to further discuss with him, I appreciate the customer service. My boyfriend had his roof done recently through this company. He chose this company over the other bids because the fact they bid hand stamping at a rate he was happy with. They had mentioned this wasn't necessary unless it was a certain temperature, however he said (multiple times in paper and in person) that he wanted the hand stamping done anyway. They did not complete this. He has requested it to be fixed and they still refuse. The only reason they won the bid was for the pricing of the hand-stamping, and they WILL NOT do it. I do not recommend this company, keep in mind "cheaper is not always better" before having them work on your roof. They blatantly ignore paying customer requests for no good reason.
