Working with Excel was such a pleasure! They said they could get our roof and gutters approved under our insurance and they did just that! We are sooo happy with the work that was done. The roof/gutters are gorgeous! They helped us every step of the way. Tyler was super attentive to our needs. I promise you, you are in great hands. Working with Excel has been a great experience. Everyone we’ve talked to from start to finish has been kind, courteous, and very easy to work with. When it came to getting our roof claim approved by insurance, Excel did all of the heavy lifting for us. I filed the claim with insurance and they handled the rest. Keagan did an amazing job keeping me informed throughout the whole process from start to finish. If I had any questions, he was available to answer them for me. We just got our roof and turtle vents replaced and the installation crew was great! They were even mindful of the fact that we have a 2 year old and wrapped up for the night in time for us to get our 2yo to bed. The installers were very thorough in their work and the installation itself didn’t disrupt any of our daily activities (aside from the obvious noise that goes along with a job like this). Keagan made sure to communicate with us what to expect the day of the install and we had no issues. He was also onsite throughout the install and was in communication with me about how it was going and kept me updated with the projected finish time of the job. I barely had to ask any questions because he was so on top of it. I have honestly never had such a wonderful experience working with a company before. The people who work at Excel are extremely kind and treat you like a person rather than another work order. I would highly recommend working with Excel if you want a hassle-free experience with getting your claim approved and work done.

My roof was badly damaged during a hail storm in May 2024. I contacted EXCEL ROOFING AND RESTORATION. I considered no other as I had window replacements with them a few years ago and was totally satisfied. I was shocked when my insurance company denied the claim. The EXCEL team worked diligently seeing the appeal through for over a year. Photo documenting numerous inspections performing time consuming research providing multiple correspondence with myself and the insurance company. They took this denial to a personal level wanting my property restored to its pre storm condition as much as I did wanting the insurance to do the right thing! The insurance company played around they wanted to play a game of checkers EXCEL played a much smarter game of CHESS. The appeal process was seen through I received a new roof and repairs to other damaged areas as well. My home was restored thanks to their hard work and dedication to their customers. Ultimately in this process they RESTORED me as well! Yes they fixed my faith and trust that there are still decent hard working people and businesses that really do care. Tyler and Amanda and the entire EXCEL family I am forever grateful. On the day my new roof was being installed a beautiful young lady showed up with a bouquet of flowers. She wanted to meet me after a year of email and phone conversations she wanted to share my happiness that this was being completed we had gone full circle. I would recommend Excel 10/10 times! After being denied by my insurance company this spring, I had Excel take over my claim… within 2 months I received a full approval and had my new roof and siding installed last week. I could not be happier with the new look of my home. I wish I could personally thank everyone that was involved! Thank you Excel!

I had a bad storm hit my house damage. My roof. I needed a new roof, my insurance company refused to replace my entire roof. Excel Roofing and restoration were amazing, Tyler and his team went over and beyond, they never gave up. They fought my insurance company for a year. Continue to show proof as we went along and finally got my roof approved to be replaced. They were super fast, super efficient and I recommend them to anyone. I was lucky enough to get a great recommendation from a friend for Excel Roofing and Restoration after a severe storm caused damage to a portion of our roof. We also suspected hail damage from the same storm. Having never filed a home insurance claim before, I contacted my insurance company, but they surprisingly said there was no damage—even though part of our roof was missing shingles. After discussing this with my friend, she suggested I call Excel Roofing and Restoration. One of their inspectors came out, immediately identified the damage, and conducted a full inspection of the roof and siding. That’s when we also discovered damage to the siding that I hadn’t noticed before. Tyler, our main contact at Excel, went above and beyond. He dedicated a great deal of time advocating for us—communicating back and forth with the insurance company for several months. His persistence paid off. Eventually, our roof, siding, and gutters were all approved for replacement through insurance. Tyler kept us updated with regular calls, even in the evenings and on weekends. His dedication made a stressful process much easier for us. Once the work was approved, the roofing crew got started. They completed the entire roof in just two days, working efficiently from sunrise to sunset. They were polite, professional, and left the site clean at the end of each day. I even enjoyed sharing a cup of coffee with them in the mornings. The siding and gutter crew arrived the next day and completed their work in about five days. Their attention to detail really stood out—they made sure everything was precisely measured and installed to look great aesthetically. They were friendly, communicative about their progress, and also appreciated the coffee we brought them. The project was completed a week ago, and we've already had several neighbors stop by to compliment the work and ask who we hired. I know of at least three who have since contacted Excel for their own homes. I want to sincerely thank Tyler for his tireless work in handling the insurance process and for keeping us informed every step of the way. Thanks also to the hardworking crews who made our home look brand new. And a final thank you to Dominick for building such a trustworthy and professional company.
