Kelly and Tyler a really great. They are honest, transparent, and will work with you. Tyler helped us a while back to get a new roof for our house through hail damage claim. I reached out to him and Kelly recently about my mother’s roof which had hail damage. What can we say is terrific service and great quality. Zilker Roofing was wonderful to work with! Their website says "Let our family help yours" and that is truly what they do. Co-owner Tyler Lawson was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. His brother, Richard, whom he founded the company with, found a few APR-friendly loans options for us, which was a lifesaver. The loan assisted us tremendously in filling the pretty large gap our homeowner's insurance was not going to cover for roof replacement. Zilker Roofing made getting a new roof easy and as stress-free as possible all while being super friendly. We couldn't be happier. And a shout out to Zilker project manager Billy. He stopped by our place of business to show us shingle color samples, helped us decide on the right color, and got us on the schedule immediately. Zilker roofing provided phenomenal service from start to finish. We initially had a claim denied by State Farm who had sent out their inspector. The Zilker guys guided us through appealing the process and paid for their own independent appraiser, as well as the repeat appraisal and umpire to eventually get the claim approved. After that it was an incredibly quick process of getting the new roof. Their crew was great with our solar panel removal, cleaning and reinstallation and we were very impressed with the cleanup job that was performed as we found incredibly little debris in the week afterwards. The whole team was very responsive throughout the whole process and it was very professionally handled. I strongly recommend them for your roofing needs.

I’m really glad I went with Zilker Roofing Company for my roof repairs. William made the whole process easy from the start. He came out quickly, took the time to explain what was going on with my roof, and gave me an honest plan for the repairs. No pressure, no surprises. The work itself was fantastic. William’s crew showed up on time and got everything done faster than I expected. The repair looks great, and it’s a relief knowing the problem was fixed the right way. The time had come to get a new roof for my home. A recent hailstorm had done a number on my 20 year old roof. Even though it looked OK to my untrained eye, I knew it probably wasn't a good idea to delay action. After decades of covering the news on television in Austin, I know severe weather will always be a threat to my home. I noticed a number of neighbors had posted yard signs for Zilker Roofing. There were 7 of their signs on one cul-de-sac! All the new roofs and gutters looked terrific. As I was walking on that street I happened to meet Tyler Dean Lawson, one of the owners of Zilker Roofing who was there working on a home. Tyler is quite personable and it was obviously to me - well versed with all things roofing. I learned he has a well trained crew working for him. His brother Richard is one of the co-owners. An Austin family business! Tyler pointed out that so many people are calling him because time was running out to file an insurance claim for the hail damage in our part of Austin. He left me his card and offered to come by my home for a free inspection and estimate. When I got home I searched for reviews of Zilker Roofing - virtually all were 5 stars. I asked Tyler to come by and he confirmed that I was overdue for a new roof. Some of the wooden planks I couldn't see were rotting. It was only a matter of time I could start to have a leaking roof. Tyler was at my house when the insurance adjustor came by for an inspection. Tyler asked questions of her that I would have never thought of asking. After the insurance claim was filed and paid to me, I signed the contract with Zilker Roofing at what I believe was a fair price. With Tyler's guidance, my wife and I selected a shingle that is of higher quality and a more eye pleasing color than what we had before. We also got an upgraded and more efficient gutter system. I now have new custom onsite fabricated cricket and counter flashing (see picture), and other features too numerous to mention. Tyler kept me well informed during the process. The Zilker crew worked hard and had the roof finished in one day. They completely cleaned our yard to where you couldn't tell they were even here! Tyler came back out himself and pointed out to me several improvements I didn't even notice, and was eager to further make things right to his standard. The new roof looks fantastic and now I have peace of mind that my home is protected for years to come. I expect professionalism when it comes to protecting my home, and that's exactly what I got with Zilker Roofing!

Had a little roof damage after a storm where some flashing came loose. Dylan and Will from Zilker Roofing came out to check it out and were awesome — super friendly and really knew their stuff. They found the problem right away and fixed it on the spot! Super quick and easy. Great experience all around — highly recommend these guys!
