When Jerry came out to give me an estimate, he showed me exactly what I needed and why. During the actual roofing process, when additional work was needed, he showed me exactly what was needed and why. I never felt like I was being jerked around or taken advantage of. And when all was said and done, the final cost was still less than the quotes I got from other local companies! When my insurance company had questions, we called Jerry. He was put on the spot and really came through for me. He was always easy to get ahold of and always had honest and accurate answers. I don’t normally write reviews, but the owner Jerry and his crew were phenomenal. I contacted 4 roofers. BRIs customer service was outstanding, Jerry updated me every step of the way, and he was very upfront about my options. I decided to go with a new roof- the final inspector said the work was very good and I felt the pricing was very fair. Would definitely recommend!
