A while back, I had Jerry the owner stop by and give me an estimate on my front porch. The last contractor years ago did a poor job. They did a torch and through the years everything buckled. They did not torch it, right. The other day, his crew came out and stripped off all the old material and replaced it. I took pictures as each procedure was being performed. I think they did an excellent job, and I am completely satisfied. The crew was also very friendly. So I’m not sure if I’m posting this right? But I would like to add That after they did my front porch, I decided to have them do my house and my back patio. Ashley, the receptionist Is awesome. We spoke several times to arrange the job to be done on my schedule. They recently finished the other day. I would like to say that Lance is Very Professional and his crew were very nice. I addressed the issues And concerns I was having, and he listened Worth respect. When they finished I got on the roof and looked at the work they did, and I was so impressed. This is the team that I will refer forever.

Jerry Bono came to my house to give me an estimate. First and foremost, I want to preface this review by saying that I am a returning customer. Jerry was unbelievably negative in degrading the structure of my home. I asked if my home were his home, what would he do to fix the issue? He stated that he would've NEVER bought my home.Surely there's a much more tactful way to respond when you have a returning customer. Not going to lie that stung. My wife and I bust our hump to provide a life for our family that we never had. Jerry never once got on a ladder to diagnose and said they can fix it but needed a blank check essentially. I found him unbelievably disrespectful. Diamond Ridge Roofing was my first call, now they're no longer on the call list. By the way, Ed and J Roofing came out, showed me the problem and gave me a dollar amount to fix it. It wasn't even $1000 bucks. However, Mr. Bono wanted a blank check. When trust is broken, you're left with hope and despair. You hope you don't get ripped off and realize that's exactly what is happening. Maybe he was having a bad day . Still inexcusable in my opinion.

This company has done 3 roofs for me .They did a beautiful tile roof, a composition roof and a patio.The supervisor Lance was awesome!! He would keep us up to date and they were always here on time. Everything looked great! We were so impressed with her work !! if you're needing any type of roof repair ,roof work please contact them you'll be very pleased with their work great crew you have!!!!

If I could give them six stars I would do it in a heartbeat. Jerry, Laura, and Lance all all outstanding representatives for a company that simply does it right. My mom's roof looked great, a product of an thorough and thoroughly discussed estimate through Jerry, superior craftsmanship under the watchful eye of a communicative PM in Lance, and strong organization and supportive discussion from Laura in all phases of the job. Never once did my mom feel at all pressured or confused, and I was able to get all the answers to my questions in timely fashion. Rainy weather during the project posed no issue whatsoever, and the finished product is just what she hoped for and expected. The price, in line with the work, was easily the best we received in the bid process as well. Laura even took the time to offer my mom some guidance whenever I wasn't available, a personal touch that just really sealed the deal. DO NOT HESITATE to use them, they are a perfect example of business done right. Thank you!!

Had an appointment for a roofing estimate. NEVER showed up!said they did! but I was home??
