We had a bathroom vent leak, and it was very stressful trying to find a roofing company that is honest, reasonable, and truly cares about people in an emergency. Eli and his father came out today and did an absolutely incredible job! They took the time to explain every step of the process and never once tried to overcharge or upsell us. We mentioned that we plan to sell the house in a couple of years and wanted all issues addressed now, and they were incredibly honest and proactive. This is a team that prioritizes quality work over shortcuts. Instead of simply caulking the exposed nails with silicone like other roofing companies have suggested, they did things the right way and replaced the shingles entirely. They also replaced all the existing roof fan covers and made sure they were installed correctly. On top of that, they added rubber covers to all the sewer vent pipes and cleaned off all the moss, leaving the roof in excellent shape. Their workmanship, integrity, and attention to detail truly stood out. We’re so grateful for the quality of their work and highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing repairs!

A great Father and Son Team! I had the pleasure of utilizing Rivers Roofing Service for my home. We needed a new roof before we listed our home for sale and after reading other reviews about Rivera's I decided to give them a chance to bid on the job. Their bid was the best and after we accepted it Eli explained the process and all possible costs that could potentially arise above and beyond the scope of the job. Unfortunately, we had some rot and had to replace many roof panels and even a section of wall all the way down to the rim joists at the foundation. Riveras had a crew out same day to do the work so that we did not have to extend our finish date. Of course there was an extra cost of doing all this work, but it was very affordable. From start to finish the communication was spot on. If I wasn't around Eli would take pictures of what he had found and send them to me. He would call or text with recommendations and let me decide how to proceed. You can tell that they take pride in their work, and it shows in their workmanship. Awsome, high-quality, professional roofing company. Delivered what was told at the estimate at a fair price. Showed up as promised and finished on time even with the extra work I asked to be done on their first day. Full tear off. 3 layers, including the original 1943 cedar shake, re-sheet and lay down new (23 square) in 4 days. They cleaned up every day, even ran a magnet on they driveway. Highly recommend.
