Anthony really went the extra mile to help us with insurance coverage and that’s the only we could have done it. The new roof shingles were architectural and so much nicer than the 3-tab shingles which were literally flying off. Jorge and the install crew did a great job, set up tarps to protect as they tore off the old shingles and then installed the new Tamko Titan XT architectural Rustic Black shingles in one-day. Did a great clean-up job and the new darker architectural roof shingles just makes the house look so much nicer! We highly recommend this roofer especially if you need help navigating the insurance challenges.

This company is legitimately excellent! If your roof qualifies to be replaced due to storm damage, go with United Developers. Anthony was with me every step of the way - from before we went through the claims process together to after the roof was replaced. He is a true professional. I was always able to reach him, and he was happy to answer all of my questions. Also, the crew that came out did an excellent job! I’m very pleased with their work, and the photos show it. They were very careful not to damage my Starlink satellite internet dish during the process, and they put it back exactly where it was on my old roof. I don’t think I could have had a better experience with any other company.

I can’t speak highly enough of United Developers. They have done an AMAZING job not only dealing with a very difficult insurance company but also helping fix our home at very little cost to us. Our house looks beautiful and it is definitely noticeable by our neighbors, we get asked daily what has been done to the house and for their contact information, which we are happy to pass along. They were able to get full siding & roof replacement for us as well as fix the bedroom ceiling that had leak. I will saying working with the insurance company can be frustrating and take time but they were very patient and thorough. You won’t regret working with them, you will be pleasantly surprised!

Had a very good experience with United Developers-Alex helped me with the price estimate; paperwork; schedule and insurance claim. Overall we were quite satisfied with quality of the roofing replacement and the schedule. They promptly completed the job as promised and cleaned up the yard before the crew departed. We highly recommend United Developers for any roof replacement.

Anthony from United Developers was the 3rd roofer I had come out and give me an estimate for my roof, which was not in terrible condition, but I was getting solar installed and could not get the go-ahead from the solar company unless it was in top condition. Anthony gave me a quote that greatly upgraded my roof from the normal 3-tab shingle to a very nice architectural shingle rated for winds over 120 mph, hail resistant to over 1.5" hail, with a 30 year warranty (which I accepted) and he also worked directly with my insurance company to have them pay for the majority of the roof replacement since it did have wind damage from this past winter. Anthony was able to get me scheduled within a few days and his crew arrived at 7:00 to start the install. They tore the old roof completely off installed the underlayment and ice shields down the valleys. No plywood had to be replaced (which was great) They installed the flashing and proceeded to finish the roof. The crew was completed by 2:00 pm the same afternoon. They cleaned up completely, hauled away all debris, and swept the yard several times to find stray nails. I am absolutely thrilled with the new roof and the professionalism Anthony and the installation crew did. I have only found 1 stray nail since the install 2 months ago. I also had solar installed (which I purchased) and now have $0 electric bill. I highly recommend these folks from United Developers to anyone who is looking to get a roof done in Maryland!
