I highly recommend using RCC for your roofing project! Their team of professionals walked us through the complete process, answering every question and concern as they came up. The roofing crew was amazing they took every precaution to protect mine and our neighbors property while working extremely efficiently. If you think that you might need a roof call them for an inspection you will not be disappointed.

Rankin County Custom did an awesome job for us after hail storms hit this summer, first by representing us well in proving the validity of our insurance claim. Then the knowledgeable staff answered all our questions, walked us through picking the right shingles, and kept us posted on everything that would be happening. The skillful crew worked extremely hard during the 1.5 days it took them to replace the roof and thoroughly clean up afterward. They put a roof on my house and 3 years later it leaked. Had to come out 3 different times till they finally figured out what was wrong- loose flashing- and then just "super glued" it down. And they refused to fix the damage inside the house. Do not recommend.

We had RCC take care of our roof, gutters and dormer! They did a wonderful job! They were very easy to communicate with and were very pleasant to deal with! If I had a question and contacted Warren Watts (owner) he responded in a very timely manner! We also worked with Thomas King who was exceptional as well! Service, quality and customer care are three of the most important attributes I look for in any business! RCC exceeded our expectations! We would use them again without hesitation!
