We have only rave reviews for the CNY Complete Contracting (CCC) company!! From the moment the owner Adam showed up to give us an estimate for our roofing project, to the hour his crew finished the clean-up of our property at the conclusion of the job, we were treated with the utmost respect and truthful professionalism!! Adam's Office Manager Paige, who is also his wife was easy to work with, and she returned calls promptly. Once our job was scheduled, Paige orchestrated the connection with another contractor who owns a gutter installation company... this allowed for the roofing crew to take down our old gutters as they completed the rebuild of our roof. And our gutter project was able to be done in the next two days following. Our ranch home, built in 1957, did not have any plywood under the existing shingles which were put on in 1999. CCC's workers showed up at 7:15 AM on a Monday morning, and immediately got their equipment set up and ready to go when Adam arrived at 7:45 AM. The dumpster was delivered around 9:00, and by late morning the old shingles and tar paper had been removed. All of the workers did an amazing job of first installing more than 100 sheets of roof decking, followed by weather-watch leak barriers & then the new shingles. The flashing around the chimney looks so much better that what we had before. Throughout the day, Adam was up on the roof working alongside all of his devoted crew members. They cleaned up our entire property, and were ready to go home just before 7:00 PM. The finished roof looks outstanding, and we highly recommend CCC for any roofing job!!!

CNY Complete Contracting replaced our roof on 6/9/25. They did a great job. The roof looks great. They were done in 6 hours. They also cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend them.

I was impressed with the professionalism and integrity of CNY Complete Contracting. The owner took a look at our roof for a potential repair.  He quickly assessed the issue as something aesthetic and provided a fair and reasonable estimate if we wanted to address it. Not knowing much of anything about roofs, we could have been upsold on an expensive unnecessary repair if we reached out to the wrong company. Fortunately we found this company and will look to them for any needed exterior work in future.

We couldn't have asked for a better crew of people to install our deck and sliding door. Adam and his team were a pleasure to work with right down to the few changes that were made last minute. When Adam came out to do an estimate for us, our deck was at a point that was unsafe to use at all. CNY Complete Contracting didn't only give us a beautiful new space to spend time as a family, they gave us peace of mind that our children can play and enjoy the space safely for years to come. We look forward to working with this company again in the future.

After 26 years our house deserved a makeover. If you are looking for a contractor give Adam a call. His team does first rate work. Started at 8am and was done by 2pm. Owner Adam was on site and available for any questions.

Excellent job, supported through the entire process. One day it was done! Thorough and friendly service! I can’t rave enough about this business!!! Family owned too ❤️ we changed color of our new roof and the owner ensured everything was perfect and up to our standards! We shopped around a bit to find the best people to do the job and luckily we found them!! (With comparable/better pricing honestly). Confident in the roof we received and also they came earlier than anticipated because the weather cooperated !!!
