Alex Roofing is the worst of the worst. Unreliable, unprofessional, never call you back. You have to run after them for a return call. Agreed on a contract, waited two months to start the work due to their personal family problems. Never had the courtesy to contact me during that time to acknowledge the delay. Then when they came to start the work, Alex said at 10 in the morning, I will be back with my crew in two hours ...never called or showed up. They are unbelievable. They are to stay away from regardless of their performance or estimate for the work. Never had this type of negative dealing with anyone in the past. One star is too good for them. Anyone who gave a 4 star review must be a relative of theirs or personal friend.

Family owned, family ran business. In the business for decades. They replaced the roof above two extended porches, and the main roof 18’x 54. They know what theyre doing. Alex the younger of the sons runs the operation, he is a no frills guy and takes the job seriously. The other brother (I forgot his name) is involved in the labor and makes sure his laborers are working and doing the job the way it ahould be done. Highly recommend !

I called this company to get an estimate to clean and repair or if necessary replace my gutters in my home in Queens. The two other companies I got estimates from said, without getting on a ladder and actually inspecting the gutters, said they have to be replaced. Alex and his son came by, inspected the gutters and told me where they need to be fixed , how they would do that and for how much. At their recommendation, we also had flashing on the roof repaired . They came basically on time, did the job and left the area clean . I am happy with their job.

Alex and his son did a wonderful roof repair job today, especially during the smoky, dangerous haze from Canadian wildfires. They're professional, quick and easy to communicate with. Also love the 7-year warranty.

Alex Stewart Roofing is the best. They repaired the roof at my last house, and replaced the roof (including the plywood base) at my current house. They do perfect work. Highly recommended in every way.

I’m very satisfied with how my roof as well as my gutters were cleaned out ! Absolutely phenomenal and I would most definitely recommend this guy to anyone else !

They came to give us a quote for our roof and in the process of getting onto the roof put their boot through our wall (inside near the skylight). When I called to ask them to come back and repair it they said they would call me back, which they did not. I tried calling a few days later and it just went to voicemail, which was full.
