Definitely 5 stars. Delivers what they promise at a fair price. Very thorough in explaining what needs to be done and how they will do it. They take video before, during, and after the job and keep me in the loop throughout. I’ve used them in the past for commercial property projects and they provided excellent work and excellent communication. But what prompted me to write this review is the latest job they did for me on a residential rental. Other companies insisted that I need to replace the roof but Alan saved me thousands by making some repairs for a fraction of the price and bought me a few years. Problem solved and I’m so grateful! Very trustworthy and they stand behind their work. Recommended!!

Had an issue with a flat roof at one of our buildings and brought a few contractors to price out. Most recommended a roof replacement which would have cost tens of thousands of dollars. We were then presented with more than one option in terms of repair and replacement roofing solutions. The craftsmanship of Roofing Repair Team is exceptional. I hired Alan and his team to repair a leak in the roof last October.  Alan responded very promptly, came to take a look and diagnose the situation, and offered three options of repair/replacement. He then explained in detail all of the options over the phone with me and was patient to answer all of my questions.  He and his team came the next day for the repair and finished in one afternoon.  It's now been 5 months and haven't had a single leak despite some heavy rain/snow during the winter.  Very professional roofers - highly recommend Alan and his team!
