Mr Pardo from Pardo Roof and Restoration just completed roof replacement to my granddaughters house in Brownsville. I was very pleased with his professionalism promptness and overall work detail in this project. I was impressed by the fact he did not request upfront down-payment as most roofers do. Also he did extra repairs by replacing rotten faccia, matching the paint and painting it at no extra charge. He went as far as cleaning and painting mailbox at no cost either. I am so lucky to have selected him out of 3 other quotes.⁶

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. William guided us through the entire process including insurance claim, roof options, certification and everything in between. I hired Pardo Roofing and Restoration to replace my roof and was initially reassured by their workmanship and promise of a 10-year leak free warranty. Unfortunately, after just 9 Months , a leak developed in the exact area I had problems with before. It has been 3 months and I have reached out multiple times through phone and email with no follow up for repairs. After inspection from another roofer this Brand New Roof is clearly subpar. They neglected to properly secure the area around the chimney and lied about what was done. The complete lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. A warranty is only as good as the company behind it, and in this case, it’s worthless. I now need to come up with more money to repair a brand new poorly installed roof and interior damage. Save yourself the trouble – look elsewhere for a roofer who does proper work without cutting corners and honors the warranty.

Tropical Storm Alberto caused roof damage to my house. I called Pardo roofing at 7 AM this morning and within 2 1/2 hours they had a crew on my roof taking care of the problem. The workers were efficient and professional, and took care of the matter expeditiously It’s hard to find reliable people who actually show up on time and handle your problem. I appreciate this company taking care of my issue and I will use them again and recommend them to my friends.
