Montell Construction just finished a new deck and patio project for as and we couldn't be happier. The construction is rock solid and it looks great! The whole process was seamless. This was our second project with Montell Construction. Prior, we had a deck and sliding door put in our house. We were impressed with them the first time, so we didn’t hesitate to call them when we needed new windows. We weren’t disappointed. Our new sunroom is our favorite room in the house. The Montell team did a great job and were very fast and efficient, so we weren't living beside a construction zone for too long. This is the second time we've had Montell construction replace windows in our house and like the last time, the workers came on time, did an excellent job, cleaned up everything and were very nice also. We did have other companies come and give estimates, but Montell always beat the prices. I also love that you would go to Montell for any concerns or warranty issues instead of back and forth with some companies and the windows they install. I would definitely contact them for any other jobs I would need done.
