Incredible roofing company! Consumer Roofing was extremely easy to work with, they were fast, and they do phenomenal work! They made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Family owned, reliable and reputable roofing contractor. Been in business for over 45 years. They tarped our roof right after Irma and was replaced in short order; and it survived 2 years later with no issues after Ian. Works well with insurance claims and will be there when you need them. Highly recommend CRI!

Consumer Roofing made repairs to our roof after the recent hurricane. They were prompt, fairly priced and the repairs look great. I would definitely use them again.

Please do yourself a favor and skip this roofer. We were charged for a new roof, but after 4 other roofers and a prior patch that still shows, we have leaks. Al said he'd come with a ladder and look (already have photos and drone photos showing problems) and he has never climbed up to see since 9/30/23. Even his crew that came out said they needed to start over with a new roof. They couldn't believe they had to spend two days patching vs. giving us what we paid for.

We had Al do our roof and it was finished in January 2020. We were only there for a few weeks and all seemed fine. When we now came back this Winter and had some heavy rainfall beginning of March, I noticed that on one side of the roof, near the entrance, the water was being channeled along the wall, due to the location of the seam on the metal roof. The water came down so fast and heavy that even the large guard put in on the gutter could not prevent it from spilling over and could not handle the amount of water. Some of the water also came running down the corner of the roof before even going into gutter and then proceeding down the fascia and then dripping down from the soffit. I called Al and his Chief Technician came over a few days later to look at the roof and the pictures and videos I made. He immediately said that "we should put in a diverter on the roof" and told me to send the pictures and videos to Al. The response I got from Al was " Your gutter people need to install a diverter to close off that corner." Surely that could possibly help with the problem, but with much more material and labor and it does not eliminate the cause of this problem. Since that diverter would have to be sealed against the wall to prevent the water from leaking along the side of the roof. A small diverter at the top could easily fix this with much less material and labor. The roof on the other side of the entrance does not have that problem because it was done differently. Obviously a roof design problem on one side. I tried contacting him several times since, but he is just ignoring me. If there ever was a real issue, he would probably just find some excuse why it is not his fault. Our builder was also not really happy with the time it took to get the roof done. So if you want a roofer that cares, go find another company.

We cannot recommend working with Consumer Roofing enough! The only roofing company we would work with!!
