David of Assured Roofing & Remodeling in Carrollton took $1000 deposit from us, and 6 months later we're still awaiting the refund. We grudgingly give 1 star out of 5, if at all due to our frustrating experience and false promises made to us.

When the time came to get our roof replaced we called several roofing companies. We had 4 different roofing companies come out and walk us through the roofing process. Assured Roofing was our 4th interview. The Good- Initial: Assured Roofing provided Outstanding care and understanding when discussing our roofing needs. The initial inspection when they come out to your house is outstanding. When we received the proposal, we looked at it and was blown away at the difference between 3 other roofing companies. The scope of work was detailed, clear and captured everything that was promised. The quote was presented beautifully and professionally. The Work - Removing the Old Roof and Installing the New Roof Once we agreed to hire Assured Roofing, we was given a detailed timeframe for when the work will start. And leading up to the selected day, the excellent rep kept us on notice. IE: Hello Sir. Just a friendly reminder we will be at your home is 5 days. Then again in 3 days, then again the night before. The team arrived, the Project Mgr introduced himself and took care to talk about what to expect. Then the magic happened, the team removed my roof in no time at all. Boom Bam Thank you Ma'am! And just like that, they removed my roof. When you think about removing a roof , you worry about the care of your exterior area. Not with Assured Roofing! The care was amazing, they had a team cleaning up during the whole process. After the install - We had experienced rain every week for several weeks. The new roof looks and performed fantastic! No issues. I installed a patio overhang w/ a rolled roofing system. Of course watching too much Youtube got me thinking I can do it. Nope, I screwed it up for sure. I thought about the amazing experience and world class roof installation a few weeks back with Assured Roofing. I called David Moore at Assured Roofing once more. And just like that, David took care of it. The Real Deal - When you think of roofing, call Assured Roofing and speak w/ David Moore. The care, professionalism, the trust is like no other roofing company in Georgia.

On May 5, 2025. My husband and I contact Assured Roofing & Remodeling to replace our roof. He came to our home and received a $5000 cashiers check payment for material. He placed the Assured Roofing sign in our yard, and had a roll off dumpster delivered the next day and stated the material would be delivered the next following day. No materials were ever delivered to our home. For days and weeks following we sent numerous text, emails, asking when the replacement of our roof would begin. He delayed and continued to put us off until finally on June 24th, he texted my husband and called to tell us that he would be not be able to replace our roof. We asked for a full refund at that time and even offered to meet him in person to retrieve the money, he stated no, that he needed a couple of days to figure out how he was going to get it to us, and he would have his sister to wire us the money. Since then we have not hear from Mr. Moore, we continue to call his phone, leave voicemails, send text messages, emails and has also sent certified letters of demand for our refund, all of which have which he has not responded to. As of today, July 15, 2025 we have not received any word from Mr. Moore regarding issuing us our $5000. At this point and time, he has left us no choice but to pursue this matter further, until we receive a refund in the full amount of $5000. For anyone that is considering using this company, please use your own discretion, and due your research and due diligence.

Great Company! This excellent roofing company is a rare find! The products they use are of great quality. The workers are skilled and efficient, and they pay attention to the details of the house. They also take great care of the areas around the house as they work. We also appreciate David so much. He was prompt,informative and he walked us through the whole process, which made it much less stressful for us.
