FOREVER Exteriors

They completed a job on our house; however, there is a leak within our ceiling, and we were told it's from the roofing. We tried to call the company, and they said they would come out; however, we haven't heard back from them, and it's been several weeks now.

From day 1, Karl Bloom and the Forever Exteriors team took great care to explain their process and answer questions. This is not a high-pressure sales organization. They ensured that we fully understand the work involved, the options available and the costs before we proceeded to a contract. The roofing work was very carefully planned and was scheduled to meet our timescale. We were impressed with the professionalism and work ethic of the installation team-it is an impressive experience watching a large roof replaced in a single day. Great care was taken not to do any damage around the house and scrap was removed continuously, leaving the site completely clean on completion of the work. They made this a very easy and straightforward process for us. We are extremely pleased with the results and unreservedly recommend Forever Exteriors.

Forever exteriors has been wonderful to work with from start to finish. They impressed me right out of the gate with their pitch - instead of scheduling something later the person at the door was a project manager (Bob) and he was able to both confirm that the initial inspection was free and he was able to do the inspection right then and there. There was no pressure and no upsell. Everyone else that I had talked to about my roof wanted to lock into some commitment and do an inspection down the road. Their roofing crew got the job done in one day even with a lot of unexpected work due to a bunch of rotted out decking, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything and that there were no problems post-install. Highly communicative, pleasant to work with, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their roof.

Garret and his team were wonderful when helping us with our full roof replacement. We experienced hail damage after a storm - and even though it took a while for our insurance to cooperate, they were there to help at every step. It took just one day for the roof to be completed - and the crew was clean and fast. Forever Exteriors is top notch and we appreciated their collaboration and partnership.

As a rule I don't respond to salesmen who knock at my door. However, I was comfortable talking with Bob Nowoc about the condition of my roof. He literally had to hold my hand through the process - determining my need for a roof - working with my insurance company and hiring a contractor to do some preliminary work in preparation for my new roof. I've always been apprehensive about being taken advantage of and Bob understood that. He was very reassuring and for that I am very grateful. So far I am very impressed with Forever Exteriors

Forever Exteriors did a great job identifying my roof damage, pushing my claim with my insurance company (despite them dragging their feet), helping me pick the right roof materials, and then installing the roof on time and with good quality. I am glad I picked them. My project manager Karl was a pleasure to work with.
