PK Comstruction did an amazing job flipping this old storage room into an upstairs bathroom. This was a big project with a lot of moving parts. Ash and Matt were in constant communication with us, keeping us up to date with everything. Thanks to PK Construction, this 1928 house has a second bathroom! I would 100% recommend PK to anyone in need of construction work!

My husband and I recently bought a home in Cedar Rapids and were recommended PK Construction for some renovations we needed. From replacing our original 1939 windows to installing a bathroom in our basement, and many small jobs in between, we were happy with all the work we had completed. We had the pleasure of working with Matt as our contractor and he was incredibly attentive and responsive and made sure we understood all the work that was being completed. Any questions we had, he either had an answer for us or found an answer. The work was done in a timely manner, professionally, and with each project, our home was left as clean as when it was entered. PK Construction replaced our dining room window and back door and did a fantastic job! Our house was built in 1929 and the window and door were original and falling apart. There was a draft coming through these spots due the age and deterioration and the PK crew powered through the bitter cold to get these replaced. For the window and door, they rebuilt the entire frame and sealed them tight. There’s no more draft coming through and everything looks amazing! Could not thank them enough for all the hard work they put in and will absolutely be using them for future projects!

We had PK Construction replace our windows and front door. Matt came out and gave us a fair bid on the job shortly after we called him. He was very knowledgable and had good suggestions for things we didn't even think of. We are very happy with the materials and suppliers PK uses for their products and communications was excellent, keeping us in the loop as to the materials arrival. The installation was done in a timely and professional manner. It is obvious his crew takes pride in their work which is shown in their craftsmanship, finish work and care for our home. PK Construction just finished applying new siding and soffits on my 1967 home. I am very happy with the work that was done. It looks so great. They were able to work through with nasty weather and some odd quirks that my house has and made sure I was happy with the whole project. One of my neighbors stated that for the 30+ years they have lived in their home, My home has never looked better. Great job and great guys to work with. Thank you.

We used for removal of flooring. And by flooring I mean 3 layers that had been there done in the 1960s with an insane amount of staples and nails throughout. It was a daunting task that we had hoped to tackle as a DIY and quickly realized we were in over our heads. We called in desperate need of help and received an immediate call back. We’re we’re squeezed into a busy schedule. The job was completed in a timely manner at a very fair price (we were desperate and they could have gouged but didn’t) and the worksite was left in immaculate condition. We were so pleased it is no surprise that when we again found ourselves "in over our head" on a DIY to install French doors to the exterior we knew exactly who to call! PK does not disappoint!

We recently had PK Construction replace all the windows and remodel the bathroom at my sister in laws home. We love the finished product! Just what we wanted! It is beautiful!
