Premier Exteriors was the recommended contractor to install TimberTech deck/stairs. And my neighbor also vouched for them saying what a great job they did on his deck. We got a quote from a couple places and Premier was the most reasonable. Britt was our main contact and was polite, respectful, professional, and followed up on everything. Great communication through the whole process as well. Premier employs very skilled workers and everything was completed in a timely manner. A couple things came up and they took care of it without questions. We couldn't be happier with the final result and had multiple neighbors asking who did our deck/stairs.

We are so happy with our new deck from Premier Exteriors! As you can see from the photos, our old deck was run down and starting to fall apart. From start to finish, Britt Willingham was FANTASTIIC to work with. He helped provide photos, style choices, brought over samples, answered all of our questions, and ultimately oversaw the entire project, which came out fantastic! Britt went out of his way to help us stay on budget and on track. We're particular happy with the custom bench and the lighting. It turned out so great and we'll definitely use them for future projects! Thank you again for an amazing job on our new deck. We love it!

Premier Exteriors did a fantastic job installing HardiePlank siding on our house earlier this year. We are absolutely thrilled with the finished product. Britt was amazing to work with, he was in touch with us at all times throughout the project and was at our house daily managing the project and working with the teams. When there were any minor problems or we had any questions at all, they were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. All of the crews were extremely professional, they showed up when they said they would and cleaned up everything afterward. In addition to the HardiePlank siding, we also had them build a new roof area over the front porch and install a new window. They handled everything from working with the city to get approval for the engineering designs to re-drywalling the inside where we had a window replaced. The company was also very fair in its estimates, and the quality of work was outstanding. I highly recommend this company to anyone that wants new siding or has other exterior house projects to be done. We would not hesitate to work with them again on our next project.

Premier Exteriors did a fantastic job on a large home improvement project for our family. We had them replace our fiber cement siding (due to poor quality builder installation/defective product), repaint the entire exterior, and build a brand new 500sq ft four season porch/patio. They also made some improvements to other things along the way like new vent covers, re-running a dryer vent, and replacing busted trim. Britt and Lauren were a joy to work with. The communication was excellent the entire time. The care and detail put into the work was top notch. Anything we needed was quickly and efficiently handled. The costs were on point with the estimates. The subcontractors were courteous and did a very good job of cleanup. We could not be happier with the results. I recommend this contractor and will use them again when the need arises. Several of my neighbors have also used them (siding installs and repaints) and have had similar experiences. If you want things done right, this is your contractor. A+

We had an amazing experience working with Britt to repair parts of our rotten porch and siding. We came to him after a frustrating few months of being ghosted by other contractors and we really appreciated how communicative he was by comparison. We had some surprises along the way but Britt was quick to help us come up with a plan. He also came out to talk with an insurance adjuster on our behalf, which we really appreciated. The work was done quickly, and his crew was respectful of our space and left it tidy. I feel so fortunate to have worked with him!
