Alexis at Thompson Creek is AMAZING!! I got several estimates she worked with me on design and blew it out of park!! Stayed in the budget I wanted and the door is drop dead gorgeous. Installation crew Gary was on time, prompt, cleaned up just a A+experience

We contracted Thompson Creek to build and install a storm door for our home. During my inspection after the install, I noticed a defect in the glass. The job foreman immediately said they would get that taken care of and install a new glass. The next day when I went to reinstall our security system doorbell (we were told by the foreman to let the caulk cure for 24 hours before reinstalling the doorbell), I noticed that the flashing around the door had been installed directly onto the existing door, and the wiring used to hardwire the security doorbell had been bound by the installation of the flashing around the storm door. This made it impossible to reinstall part of our security system. I have made five attempts in the past two weeks to have someone call me about these additional issues. I have been told on four occasions that the job Foreman will be given instructions to contact me. I have yet to hear anything. As a matter of fact, on my fifth call, I was actually told that no one would be contacting me. Therefore, I was left with no choice, but to file a report with the Better Business Bureau. Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews from other customers concerning the lack of response from this company. My suggestion would be, find a different company who cares more about satisfying the customer, and not just collecting money and disregarding customer requests.

We are beyond thrilled with our entire experience with Thompson Creek window company! Artem, our project manager, could not have been more helpful, from beginning to end. Every time we spoke with anyone in the office, they were professional, knowledgeable and very willing to help with anything. Our project team was outstanding! Moses and his workers could not have been more amazing! Their workmanship, finishings, cleanliness and attitude were over the top. They changed out 28 windows in just two days, including fixing some fascia board! We highly recommend this company!

I had the pleasure of working with Erin from Thompson Creek Window Company, and I must say, her service was exceptional. She went above and beyond in explaining everything thoroughly and patiently. I highly recommend her and the company ! They Finally finished my home and I must say they are true to their word !! I want to acknowledge the excellent work of the entire crew, especially Miguel’s team and the project manager, Artem. From start to finish they did a very good job. They cleaned up all the debris daily and and the manager kept us updated on what was going on. Everything we asked for was done and done right too . My husband is very hard to please, but even he was impressed with the job. I definitely recommend them. Five stars in my book !!

Well here we are again with more issues. I'm 6 years into having these windows and it seems like there's always issues that keep arising. When you try and call there service department you will either wait on hold for a minimum of 1 hr to never have anyone answer. You just get to listen to there music then the system tell you to "save your spot in line push 8" even if you do that you still won't get a call back. If you call any of the companies other numbers the only thing they will do is give you the service departments number and tell you to try again someone "should" call you back. Update we are now 3 days without a response from the service dept. Response to Thompson Creek. Frustrating is a understatement. Let me reiterate this is year 6 and it's been nothing but problems, excuses and finger pointing. I have been told numerous time that the installers weren't of the caliper the your company expects and yet here we are. The issue that has now shown is I have at least 2 windows that are leaking to the inside of the house around the window frames with water damage on the walls, and im sure in the wall.

My experience with Thompson Creek was disappointing due to major delays and poor communication after payment. I confirmed my installation twice for both seperate installation appointments just hours before the scheduled time, only to find out later during the installation window it was pushed back another month. From purchase to installation, the process took over three months. We would have been pushed another month if we didn't complain. Customer service was polite and tried to help, but project managers never returned calls or provided updates. Communication was excellent until the payment went through, then it completely dropped off. Thompson Creek did offer a small discount for the inconvenience, but time is money. I lost enough working hours to buy another storm door and pay for a second installation myself.

Me and my wife worked with Erin today. She was thorough with her display of products, her explanation of company policies, expectations of installers, materials, warranties, and price breakdowns. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything or felt intimidated. This is what the experience should be with EVERY company! We had great conversations, a great presentation, an amazing price, and God sent financing options (we got approved for). We accepted our contract, and cannot wait until install. We went for this company because my wife does construction inspections, and she thought it would be a good idea to hire a company that cuts out the middle man. She was absolutely correct! The price and quality of products reflect it. These people make and install their own products, and they back it with a warranty. Im going to get some windows replaced, then get them to do the rest of our projects done over time. Thanks guys! Erin was a joy to have.
