This company responded to my email enquiry within 2 hours and completed the initial job that same day. More significant problems with our roof were discovered and were attended to the following day and completed professionally and efficiently. Their transparent quoting was very competitive and the roofer who carried out the work explained clearly what he had done and showed us extensive before and after photographs of the roof. Highly recommended.

The roofer and the back end support was helpful and friendly. Service was prompt. However the roofer as seemingly to be the boss is always so busy. He does not seem to spare a single minute to look into the details and explain things to customers until I said I need this to be explained before paying off the invoice he finally try to seriously look into the details and clarify things. Whenever he got questioned about details that he does not know he start to blur things and make excuses when the answer could be easily found with simple communication with his team. There are at least times he said we are so busy and show this I do not care I am busy you are begging me to fix things attitude. This is certainly not the service I expected for the price at a hour job during business hours. I guess this is just what customers get with these tradesmen in the recent busy market. The team was great. I cannot comment on the roofer workmanship because he did not work for my job in person but I would highly recommend him not to be the first point of contact for customers if he could not get off his attitude.

Window installers were right on time, worked quickly and efficiently throughout the day and left the house completely clean afterwards. I don't usually trust large companies like this, but they are extremely easy to deal with, their work was excellent and they handle everything from start to finish.
