I like to preface my reviews by providing readers a little about who I am. Im an ex professional baseball player, and career professional, the result of hard work and an unwavering commitment to each & every team and agency I’ve worked for, and have very high expectations of people and service providers, and feel that recognizing hard work & professionalism when it so warrants is important. With that said, my wife & I were approached by Tom Budiselic, who educated us on their 1st class products & 50 year roof warranty. Tom was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. We ended up moving forward in having Quality First Home’s Company roof our home that was in very bad condition. Tom passed the Torch to Chris Peterson, whose job it was to coordinate Quality's roofing team & all selected materials, and he was also a great Ambassador for the Co. So, on 4/28/2025 Mario and his team, comprised of Jesus, Christian, Alejandro & one other STAR team member, whose name I’m sad to have forgotten, began the process of replacing our old roof. It was obvious Quality sent us their 1st String Players, with Mario as the Captain & Leader. He was professional, approachable, genial in nature, extremely knowledgeable, with a "Command Presence", answering any and all questions I had as to their process and about the products that were to be installed. I cannot begin to say enough about this Team, the often unsung hero’s and front line ambassadors of a company, whose job it is to leave a first and lasting impression for their clients by their behavior & quality of their work. Mario, like a good Marine, led from the front, with a delicate, but yet firm & confident demeanor. His team listened intently and followed his lead from beginning to end, leaving our family with the Fruits of their hard work & labor, a finished product that exceeded our expectations. All I can say, from start to finish, this Company receives the Highest Marks. If I could give 11 Stars I would. If I were leading this Company I’d make damn certain to take excellent care of the team they sent to our home! Thank you again, Rob & Jennifer.

My wife and I decided that we want to paint our house. We contacted Quality First Home Improvement. They sent a very good painting crew. They were very accommodating, at our house on time everyday during the process. We went with the Tex Coat paint and we are very happy with our decision. Thank you to all that was apart of this project.

Quality First did a great job, extensive dry rot repair, complete roof, roof vents, 1 skylight install and new quality gutters. They had a crew of 5 very experienced, very thorough, hard working men. From start to finish it took them less than 2 1/2 days. I was very impressed with the work, product quality and their work ethic. Very professional - I highly recommend their services

Very professional and all Quality First employees were courteous and attentive to every need of the roofing project. Although the job was completed a short time ago we are very happy with the color, workmanship, and efficiency. Would recommend to others and a very pleasurable job from start to finish.

So it all started with the initial sales call. We tried 3 times and every time they canceled it or couldn’t make it for one reason or another. Then a manager of some sort showed up the 4th time. We signed for a covered patio. The installer came out and knocked it out quick. There are decorative caps that cover each column that are glued on. We were told to wait a week before removing the plastic wrap as it cures. When we did 3 of them did not have enough glue and just flop around. Then we noticed that one of the down spouts was installed incorrectly and leaks water. I have called up to and not exaggerating 6+ times. Every time the same thing "we are so sorry we will get someone out there to get this fixed " then it goes silent again. I have been trying to be patient but 2yrs later and still nothing. Considering I paid $30k for this it is just amazing of the disregard for the customer after they get their money. If you ever need any repairs or warranty work Good Luck!!! Never again don’t waste your time, energy and money.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mithun my sales Representative today..I have to state he was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He helped me choose a great quality Screen Door. I was requesting features and accessibility I need now; since I have a puppy. It’s beautiful. The very bottom of the door will be made out of steel with the same pattern that matches my Existing Entrance door.. This new security door will be finished with the screen to the top with exception of a midway point NOW ……I may move the top of the screen down halfway, to open up. I may talk or receive packages etc. without opening my door! ( My puppy is safe ❣️ ) The whole Security Screen door and screen will be Black, this will match all of my existing metal trim of my home! Quality First did new gutters and Texcote on our home, and it looks beautiful. Oleg and his crew did an amazing job prepping, painting, cleaning up, and communicating throughout the process!
