Alex stopped by to give me a quote on a leak I had noticed as well as some issues with my siding. He was upfront, honest and took the time to explain what was going on, including photos. He even cleaned out a gutter just because he saw it! I will absolutely go back to them when needed and recommend 100% to anyone looking for a roof / siding contractor!

We had siding blow off of our new house just 10 days after we closed on it. We called Mike and Alex to come take a look and help deal with our insurance. Our insurance gave us a world of issues trying to get it fixed. The guys did not give up on us, they fought so hard for us to get our claim resolved. After MONTHS of back and forth they finally approved our siding to be replaced on our entire house and the guys got the job done in only 1 week. We live in a 3 story house (not including the basement) so it is a very big job. They did amazing work! We are SO happy with how our new house looks. They even did an amazing job helping us pick the color we wanted and helped us get the best quality siding. We have gotten many compliments on our siding and have had a couple people reach out asking who did it so they could have theirs done by them as well. Our new siding has been up for about 3 months now and we have had absolutely no issues. We definitely recommend Forest City Exteriors! They are very helpful, very detailed and take pride in what they do.

Alex responded to my request for gutter help on social media. He answered all questions, inspected the roof, weighed the pros and cons with me and then installed my Costco gutter guards the same day for a fair price. I found him to be an enterprising young man, community minded, professional, knowledgeable and honest. I would not hesitate to use his business for future projects.

Alex and his team did a phenomenal job negotiating with my insurance company. Originally my insurance company was going to cover 7 damaged shingles. When my insurance company provided the name of a shingle that was intended to be an exact match, it was not even close. Alex provided a slew of pictures and a detailed report stating the mismatch. My insurance company approved the replacement. Alex had done a great job ensuring us Forest City exterior’s estimate was inline with the insurance company and we would just pay our deductible. Alex and his team did an awesome job with our roof replacement and bringing everything up to code! I highly recommend Forest City Exterior for your roofing needs!!

I was very impressed with the quick and prompt service I received from Alex regarding the leak inside my house. Within 25 minutes he was at my house to access the roof damage and was able to make temporary repairs, so there would not be any additional damage inside, before I could get the insurance inspector to come out to inspect the roof. Once they finished the roof they did an excellent job on cleaning up all of the debris. They take great pride on their workmanship. I’d recommend them to all of my family and friends.
