We needed to take care of our slate mansard roof that wasn’t serviced properly for many years and Capitol Roofing was absolutely amazing. They proposed the most elegant and cost effective way of addressing concerns of incorrectly made slate repairs done many years ago. They also took care of the concerns all around - loose gutters, peeling paint on metal trims and replaced a tricky metal corner that got loosened up with the last winter winds. And all of this in conditions with an obstructed access to the building because of the old slate, gutters and the electric lines. Their communication is top-notch, as you get to reach both the crew directly and their office with an ease. Special thanks to Sej for in-office coordination and Gary for the stellar in-field updates. We contacted Capitol Roofing for a roofdeck leak issue, which was a pretty complex project given a multi-purpose building with an old-fashioned roofdeck. Starting from the conversation with Eric and the extremely fair quotes Capitol provided us, to excellent timely communication from Sej & the office staff and project management, final roof and deck work by the Gary, Walter & Jon respectively was stellar. We were extremely satisfied with the service provided by Capitol Roofing and special kudos to Gary for being so receptive about every question or requests we had. We could tell that Capitol had our best interests in mind as they went about the problem. They were extremely diligent in solving the issues and went above and beyond to fix several other minor things that was not in the scope of the project.
