Walter Roofing - Des Moines

Had the roof replaced by Walter Roofing on our 1800s home. It was a complex install. They did an outstanding job on everything, including the initial evaluation, the setup for the install, and the actual tear-off and installation. We picked a dark color of shingles, which looks amazing on our Victorian style of home. Courtney Licht and Matt Ferriss from Walter Roofing managed the job with great professionalism. There was a great installation crew, who also did an amazing job of cleanup afterwards. Would highly recommend!!!

We got our roof replaced by Walter Roofing and the whole experience was awesome! From estimate to installation it was an easy process. Noel Medina had me an estimate the same day I called to ask for an inspection and the roof was completed within 10 days of signing the contract. I ended up getting 4 quotes and Noel got me class 4 shingles for the same price as some of the other companies class 3 shingles. The roofing team did a great job with installation/clean up and got everything done in one day! I would highly recommend using Walter Roofing!

Getting a new roof for my home and garage was overwhelming for Noel Travis were both awesome and went out of their way to make this go as easy as possible from taking care of insurance work to everything in between. They came when they said they would all the workers were very professional and did awesome work and cleaned up well . The end result was everything and more than I expected and looks great. Bryan Mojica and his team went above and beyond, not just with the roof but with new facia board and gutters. They left my yard cleaner than it was when they started. I got several quotes and they worked with me to get the job done! Very reasonable pricing. They didnt just do what asked, they saw what i needed and gave me all of my options clearly. He kept me informed every step of the way. Did a great job explaining everything and answering my 100s of questions. Was very thorough and made me feel like i was in good hands through the whole process as this was my first time every needing any service like this before from tree damage. The Crew was punctual, fast, efficient, and cleaned up the space like they were never there. Very impressed with everything. Will be contacting them for any future roofing needs.

Walter Roofing has done such a fantastic job on our roof! Small town style customer service. Work was done in half a day! We worked with Noel. He was friendly, kept us in the loop and we knew exactly what day everything was happening! He met with the insurance adjuster to help make the whole situation run smoothly. 10/10 service!
