Brian Hair had came over to my home to review my home for replacing my roofing. I have a small home and providing me an adequate price. We scheduled a time Monday at 7 am. The team showed up on time, making sure there was no interference with access on our street. The team was extremely efficient, removing the 25 plus old shingles with out causing any issues to my home, and making sure that the removal material was captured in appropriate tarps to be placed in a container to haul off my home.. After and peresional preparation of the roof for new roofing material the team installed the underlay and singles throughout the afternoon. Once completed, the team, Brian included, insured my home was well cleaned showing no sign of them ever being there. The roof looks beautiful and will last a long time. For a recently retired man this was the most honest appraisal and organized installation I have ever had. You can not go wrong with Lake Murray Roofing company.

I contacted Lake Murray Roofing requesting an estimate for installation of new shingles. They had done some work in my neighborhood and my neighbors were well satisfied. The owner, Justin Reavis, was at my home the following day and provided the estimate. I was satisfied with the number; the job was scheduled for the following week. The crew arrived, as scheduled, at 7AM yesterday and went right to work. The estimate anticipated the need for two sheets of replacement plywood but, because of damage as a result of prior solar panel installation, it was necessary to use an additional eleven sheets of plywood. Mr. Reavis had estimated that the job would be finished around 2PM. However, the time was extended because of the necessary extra work. Still, the job was completed before dark. My roof looks great. I have high quality shingles with a lengthy guarantee. The additional charges incurred because of the need to install more plywood were reasonable. I couldn't be happier with the result, especially the cleanup. At midday my yard resembled a typical construction site but when the job was finished every bit of debris had been removed and my yard was immaculate. I would recommend Lake Murray Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services.

Justin and Lake Murray Roofing have exceeded our expectations again !!!! Not only is the team responsive in their communications, they are also reliable, professional, courteous and great at what they do. This is my second time using Lake Murray Roofing. They replaced siding on the left and right side of the house, they also replaced the roof following damages received from Hurricane Helene!! Professional in every way, quoted the repairs I ask for. All my options were explained and the job was completed very quickly. I was extremely pleased with the work that was done by Lake Murray Roofing this past week replacing my roof. Justin was quick to respond and great with explaining all my options and the upgrades that came with my purchase. His crew did a fantastic job and even went out of their way to replace a broken exhaust vent on the side of my house that was way too high for me to reach. Lastly, I can’t say enough about the cleanup. I expected with a full roof replacement to find a few nails or pieces of shingle or something, but after five days of thoroughly looking I haven’t found a single nail or piece of trash. My hats off to Justin and his guys. Absolutely recommend them if you’re in the market for a new roof.

Lake Murray Roofing did an excellent job not only repairing my roof but also installing new shingles. The crew showed up early and went straight to work. They were quick to replace rotten wood in several places and re-shingle. Once done they were very diligent in cleaning up. I am extremely happy with the quality of work performed.

The work was done in one day for my house, they left everything as it was when they arrived, great job of cleaning up behind themselves.
