I'm a commerical property manager and we use Centimark for our roof preventative maintenance. They are responsive, thorough, professional, and have competitive pricing. In our recent maintenance, foreman Mario Rojas and his crew did a great job getting the work done and documenting the work for our records.
One of their drivers was tail gating me and speeding.
Salesreps promise things that their crews cannot do! Left water bottles in my parking lot, and to make things worst. My roof looks same as before, only white. Same puddle areas same air leaks as the room below, is a freezer. I just dont believe companies have integrity these days. Its not good to perform roof work during the rain, the quality comes out poor$
