My property was severely damaged due to the negligence and poor practices of this roofing company. The reviews praising Next Roofing are misleading and appear to be posted by the company's own employees or affiliates, which raises serious concerns about their authenticity. From the beginning, my experience with Next Roofing was fraught with issues. The contractor, Ahad, caused extensive damage to my property, which was supposed to be repaired and maintained. Instead, I was left with significant damage that I now have to address myself. Their work quality was subpar, and they failed to address critical issues, leading to further complications. The company's approach to handling problems was equally disappointing. Whenever I attempted to reach out for assistance, I encountered unresponsiveness and a lack of professionalism. It became clear that Next Roofing does not prioritize customer satisfaction or quality of work, which is evident from the shoddy workmanship and disregard for proper procedures. Additionally, the process of addressing and resolving complaints was handled poorly. Attempts to communicate and seek remediation were met with evasive responses and no real solutions. This level of service is unacceptable and demonstrates a blatant disregard for their clients' needs. The reviews you see online praising Next Roofing are highly questionable. It is apparent that many of these reviews are fabricated by individuals affiliated with the company, designed to mislead potential customers. Do not be fooled by these false reviews—my experience has been a nightmare, and it is clear that others have faced similar issues. In summary, Next Roofing has proven to be the worst choice for any roofing needs. If you hire Ahad or this company, you will likely end up with nothing but regrets. Their practices are unethical, their service is poor, and their work is far from reliable. I strongly advise against using Next Roofing and recommend looking for more reputable and trustworthy companies.

I used Red Carpet Roofing for my investment property and they were simply amazing. As soon as I made the first call they were super responsive. They got a tarp up ASAP and did a thorough roof inspection and went over the details with us as to what we should expect in terms of repairs. They walked us though all the paperwork and took care of the insurance aspect. They communicated with us at every step and we literally had to do nothing. Everything was taken care of by them and our new roof looks amazing! They even suggested different types/colors of shingles and helped us decide which one would look best. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them! I’m definitely going back to them for any future personal or investment property roofing needs!
